I have been going to Scottsdale Automotive for 10 years. Art and Jim have taken excellent care of my cars going above what you would expect, finding the causes to problems I have had. I would never go anywhere else. I looked at the other reviews here and don't understand it. I have never been over charged, always the work was explained to me and they are nice guys. In fact I have been there when other shops have called and asked them what to do about a certain problem! Its not a fancy place thats true, its just the right place to have your car cared for.

I've done some business with them in times past, and I'm impressed with the massive knowledge accumulated over the decades. That's why I recommended my neighbor take his pickup there for some baffling trailer lighting trouble. Art fixed the problem in the wink of an eye or two. I had also suggested the trailer specialty shop nearby, and my friend was very glad he chose Art's shop.

Came in seeking some help to look at my car. Had a clunking sound in the back and they told me I could use their lift even tho they had others cars to work on they still chose to help. He ending up finding the issue and fixed it for my right then and there as it was just something little. But very helpful and generous to let me stop by😁
