My daughter uses this car for college, so I wanted everything checked carefully before a long drive. They inspected the brakes, fluids, and tires without acting annoyed by my questions. The mechanic even pointed out a cracked belt I completely missed.

The first person that helped me was a polite man, and he was very helpful and kind, the second man that helped me was an older gentleman, and he was very rude. When I first dropped my car off, it was a Friday and they originally quoted me saying it would be ready by Monday maybe Tuesday, come Monday afternoon, I never get a phone call letting me know if it’s going to be ready or not, so I went into the repair shop to see if it was ready, I waited for 20 minutes for a repair man to come speak to me, and when he finally does come see me, he acts like I’m bothering him at his own home, and I talk to the older gentleman and he tells me“you’d be lucky if it’s ready by Friday“ Not very polite not very professional at all and I asked them to call me with updates about my car and they never did. And then when my car was finally ready, they wouldn’t help me check out, they sent me to the gas station cash register to check out from my auto repair which was over $2000 Once I got my car back, I realize that they had broken the clips on my front bumper and had not put it back properly, which caused damage to the front bumper. I would not recommend going here unless you’re just going to use the gas station. The repair guys are unprofessional and quite frankly rude.
View on GoogleEric the manager was really nice. Had stopped by today and asked if they had anyone who worked on OBS fords. Was truthful with me and said that there would be a few month wait if I were to bring my bronco by. Appreciated the honesty and tried helping me find a kit online.

View on GoogleI was referred here 17 years ago, and I've gone no where else since. I have 4 vehicles and Eric and his team know all of our family and our cars by now. They know every car we've owned or considered buying. I trust them implicitly with our lives, as we rely on them to keep our vehicles safe and on the road. From our 1969 Ford to our 2010 Forerunner, they know their cars foreign and domestic, classic and conventional! They don't have a website, they don't have email, they don't have time to mess around, they are too busy doing what they do best. I almost don't want to praise them this highly because they are over worked. But they always manage to get us in when needed. If you have to schedule an appointment, it means they do good work, so plan ahead for general service/maintenance, it's worth the wait. These guys are awesome! Another benefit is the relationship with the gas station, you can drop off early and pick up late, and pay after hours, so the convenience of their business plan is ingenious for customer service.
