Orlando Auto Body did a fantastic job on my 2500 HD. After it was vandalized, I decided to go with a two-tone Viper Red paint job, and it turned out even better than I imagined. The attention to detail is incredible — the door jams, clear coat, and shine all came out unbelievably nice.
View on GoogleAbsolutely do not do business with Shane or his son Lukas Orlando. I have been in mechanics for over 15ys. I don’t usually do reviews but had to for this to warn others. I came prepared, with knowledge and Carfax. Shane got violent with me and pushed me as I was walking away all because he asked what I found wrong with the truck he was selling (I could only get through 2 things before he started yelling at me and physical). Hurt his ego, very unprofessional, he’s violent and are running a scam, please be careful. I tried to leave a review to help other people but he blocked me on Facebook. Told me the truck I went to buy was in great condition and didn’t list any issues in the Ad. When I showed up his son kept saying everything is good, everything is perfect to all my questions (major red flag with little to no service records). Rear brake calipers were worn down to the rotors, damaged suspension, cracked windshield, bad battery, exhaust leak (likely cracked exhaust manifold), rotten spare, oil reservoir bolts backed out (I re-tightened for him) some even missing, leaking oil reservoir, vibrating steering on highway, bad alignment, tried to cover up large dents but were obvious, and found out he covered up damage to the bumpers. He was very rude and wouldn’t let me talk to try and negotiate a fair price based on my findings. They lied about everything and just super shady people. This truck was very unsafe and cruel they were trying to sell it like that. Could’ve got someone killed.

He made sure that the repairs were done correctly, no cutting corners—the whole process went very smoothly. Everyone at the facility was friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me get my vehicle repaired. I’m very satisfied and appreciative. My truck looks amazing; it looks like the damage never. Brand new! I highly recommend Orlando Auto Body for auto body repair and painting, especially if you have an insurance claim.
