A nearby national chain shop recently quoted me for $2500 worth of work they said needed done when I had my oil changed there. I brought my vehicle to Ketchum to do my due diligence and Ryan here at Ketchum took the time to walk me through each inspection result and answer all of my many questions. They ended up sending me on my way without having done anything (as nothing needed to be done), even though they had multiple opportunities to attempt to upsell me further services. He also walked me through recommendations for regular maintenance I would be able to do myself at home. Kind and helpful, Ketchum has unequivocally earned my business for any auto work I or my wife need done going forward with their honesty.

Excellent service. I had an issue with a locking lug nut that had been worn down over time. They worked with me and my busy schedule to repair and replace. They even fixed the flat tire by coordinating with Discount Tire. I additionally had brake work done. Great work at a fair price with a proven history that they will stand behind their work. I’ll be back soon with my other cars. Highly recommend

I have been going to Ketchum's for the last 15 years. This is where my whole family goes for everything from oil changes to engine replacements. I have had lots of work done to several of my vehicles here, and I have never had a negative experience. Their techs and management team are some of the best and most experienced in the valley. If you want something done right, you take your car here. My Stinger is heavily modified, and when I needed my WMI system to be replaced, they were honest and told me that I would be better off going to a performance shop. They gave me a fantastic referral. I just had my oil changed at Kia because it is part of their free service package. I should have known better than to trust Kia for even basic servicing. They overfilled my oil by half a quart. I brought it into Ketchum's to get it looked at, and within 10 minutes they drained the oil, and didn't even charge me! Talk about fantastic customer service. I can't recommend this place enough. In a world full of con artists, you can rely on Ketchum's to be straight shooters and guide you in the right direction. Thanks again guys!
