German Car Service

First off I am very sensitive and careful on who works on my car. I had called 3 Merc dealerships on an estimate of a "Service A and B" for my 2020 GTC Roadster. The quotes were at least double of what German Car Service charges. I had used German Car Service for a "Service B" around 2023 and they did a great job. My last "Service A" I took it to another shop due to a small window in my schedule. That shop overfilled my oil. I had to go back to them like 3 times and wasted about 4 hours of my time. I regret not using German Car Service for that service. Mike is very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. Not only did Mike save me a significant amount of money he explained all the service performed in detail. I highly recommend this place for even vehicles 200k or more.

Time and time again Mike and crew help keep my families’ Mercedes in good condition. My cars are not brand new but not vintage either (2011 ML Diesel, and a 2017 CLS550). German car service knows exactly what’s up, what to look for, and offer services at a very reasonable price for a Mercedes.

I made an online purchase and less than an hour later I tried to cancel it. I was charged immediately after clicking buy. I was told by a rep named Mike I should have been sure of my purchase and would have to pay a 10% fee for canceling even though the item hadn’t shipped. I was given the option of store credit but there was nothing further I wanted to purchase from this store. The following is the exact email I received from the rep named Mike: “John, as a fellow business owner, we assumed you would understand how payments work. As soon as you click pay, your card is charged and your order is processed. Your bank, and payment processors, charge non-refundable fees no matter if you cancel it 1 second or 1 week after it is placed. That is why we offered you a FULL REFUND in the form of store credit. So there were no cancellation fees, which you declined. Not sure why this is confusing to you, as our cancellation policy is listed on our website in multiple places. We'll also be leaving reviews for the UPS store you own in multiple places and reporting you to UPS corporate for how you treat companies who you do business with. Have a good rest of your weekend. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Michael | German Car Accessories” Reading this it is apparent that I was admonished/chastised and threatened with retaliation to me personally! Unbelievable that a business would allow a rep talk to a customer this way. Be careful and cautious when dealing with this business. I have left a BBB review also even though they are not members.

Kenny, at German Car Service is a lifesaver! He went above and beyond to service my vehicle over New Years, even though they were technically closed. I'm a new customer and they treated me like a beloved family member. I am so grateful to Kenny, Mike and their team. They gave me a fair price, excellent service and they knew exactly what was wrong with my car! I had taken my Mercedes ML550 to a local production shop and they gauged me, never again! Excellent service for all vintage of Mercedes. They have solved problems for me that my prior mechanics in Los Angeles could not, and at much more reasonable cost. Highly recommended for Mercedes and BMW.
