I’ve been a long time customer of Whitey’s and have brought numerous personal and work vehicles here to be serviced. So when it became Gemba, of course I was looking out for what changes there would be. I brought my work van in for a quote comparison after the dealer gave me an estimate for 8 different services that needed to be done. Gemba ruled out a few, offered lower or matching prices on others, and found additional repairs needed that the dealer had missed. Overall it was a great experience. They prioritized my vehicle so I was able to get it back quickly. The manager responded quickly and professionally to my questions via phone and text. (The response time is by far the fastest I’ve experienced with any customer service.) I just brought my personal vehicle back for service today and plan to continue doing so. Highly recommend!
