Unfortunately, I've had my BMW fixed a few times at other body shops and they weren't very good. Scottsdale Fix Auto was by far the best. They were extremely knowledgeable on how to repair my car. Their staff from receptionist all the way to the Manager were absolutely kind, professional and kept me well informed through the repairs. When I picked up my BMW I was being very picky and to be honest, I couldn't find anything wrong, it was fixed perfect. At least I know where to go if I get into another accident. My experience was so great start to finish. I worked directly with Lakota- he and everyone on the team were beyond kind, professional, and very easy to get a hold of. They provided me updates every step along the way and my car looks perfect! I appreciated my experience so much.

My car hit a tire on the highway. Quite a few parts including the front bumper and shield were damaged. This shop did a very good job on fixing all those parts. They were very professional and friendly. The repairing and the work with the insurance went very smoothly that I didn't have to concern much about. They handled all the things nicely. Overall the quality of the service was great. I strongly recommend this place to people who may need similar services.
