First Class Auto Body

After getting gouged on a repair quote from a different body shop, I took my car to First Class for an estimate which was roughly 40% of the first figure. I immediately agreed and was able to drop my car off 2 days later being told it would take only 5 days to complete. Even with that short time line, they were able to finish in 4. First Class underpromised and over delivered which is the mark of a great company. You cannot tell a repair was even performed as it is perfect even to the touch. An additional benefit I was not expecting was a full professional interior detail, not a simple cleaning, despite the damage not affecting the interior whatsoever. Paying out of pocket for damage repair is a deeply frustrating situation so it speaks volumes to the fact First Class was the best company I've encountered regardless of industry in quite a long time. I am highly grateful for their service and cannot recommend them enough.

After searching for an auto body shop after an accident, I found First Class on google and I am so glad I did!! I took my car in after the accident and the whole situation was stressful but I was immediately met with kindness and great service and I knew I was in good hands. They fixed my car super fast and were so accommodating and helpful throughout the entire experience. 10/10 would definitely recommend! :)

I would recommend this shop over any of the others in Phoenix. I was looking to get my car’s paint redone from sun damage and other body work like dent repair done. After getting quotes from all over the city and factoring in who who could the job done the fastest, but still be a quality job, most were either extremely overpriced or a pretty long waitlist/ booked out pretty far. First class auto body has super friendly customer service, you’ll be greeted with a sweet shop pup that is very friendly. You definitely get the small business/ family owned shop vibe, their portfolio is pretty great, definitely emphasizes quality over quantity. They were able to get my car in for repairs in less than a week. Not only did they get my car in for repairs faster than any of the other shops quotes, they also weren’t as expensive. They also go the extra mile and exceed expectations. If I ever need work done in the future on the body, paint, headlights or wheel repair I’d definitely go back. Thank you guys for the great job, night and day difference ☺️

If you are in need of any body work for your car, truck, any vehicle! I highly recommend First Class Auto Body. Here are my reasons why: Handling the Insurance Claim: This isn't something you consider until you go through it, but hiring a body shop that has relationships with the different insurance companies is extremely important. My initial claim estimate came in way below what the actual cost was -- because of; the rarity of the car, hard to find parts, and claim adjuster's job to get it done at the lowest possible price. I was concerned they might total it when they saw the counter quote, but First Class Auto Body has a great relationship with my insurance company--- Geico --- who by the way is great --- and the the quote was approved no problem. I was emailed the paperwork that they put together for Geico and no wonder insurance companies trust FCAB! It was an extremely detailed 25 page document with exact part quotes, schematics, photographs, etc.. I don't know how long it took to put that together, but First Class obviously has a process and it's impressive. The counter quote was approved in one day. Customer Service: This has become quite the buzz word lately. It's prevalent in most marketing. Many businesses, if not most, claim to have "Great Customer Service!" In my experience this is more of a saying than a truth. Not so with FCAB. I was emailed at each step, but what really stood out to me is I was called. That's right. I got to talk to a human! I'd get calls from Andre, Fernando (you guys are awesome!!!), and even the owner, Dave. I was always kept apprised of what step they were on, and if there were complications, they always had a solution. You want solution-minded people -- and this is a whole team of them. Quality of Work: I struggle to even come up with the right words to  describe the high level of quality of work performed! Exceeded my expectations is an understatement. This is a 13+ year old car that looks better today than the day I drove it off the lot with only 50,000 miles and garage kept. I think it might look better than it did when the original owner drove it off the lot brand new! They didn't just fix the obvious damage from the accident (it's impossible to tell it had ever even been in an accident), they made sure the rest of the vehicle matched. It's even beyond that. I've attached some pictures to this review to hopefully show it better than I can explain it, but the detail job on this Cadi is so beautiful it's hard to take it all in. Even the headlights have been restored to a clarity I would have thought not possible. The paint and whatever magical finish they used just draws you in. It's flawless. I could go on but I should probably bring this review to a close. First class quality of work for sure though. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of needing body work after an accident, rest easy. Tell your insurance company you have a body shop you trust and want to use. They'll probably be happy when you tell them it's First Class Auto Body and Fiberglass in Tempe,  Arizona. I'm sure it's a lot better experience for the insurance companies when they get to deal with pros who have processes in place that make THEIR job easier too. Plus, hopefully anyway, the insurance company is going to want to deal with a reputable company. I know I said I was going to bring this review to a close, but allow me to add one more section here. We all know trust is earned, but if you haven't had any dealings with that person, business, entity, whatever, you can usually base your initial trust on their reputation. Show your insurance company these stats if they try to force you into using "their" company or another less reputable one. Reputation: - Been in business for over 45 years. - More 5-star reviews than I wanted to take the time to count. - BBB accredited since 2009 with an A+ rating Ok. I'm done. Thanks again First Class Auto Body. I'm heading out for a cruise! Whew hoo! Looking good too! And the Caddy looks fantastic as well... ha ha!

I’m really pleased with the work that First Class Auto Body did on my vehicle. From the very start, they were helpful and professional. I got rear-ended a few weeks ago and having never dealt with this, I had no clue what the process would be with the insurance company and time needed for repairs. They took care of everything from the start and assured me they would get it figured out with the other driver's insurance. The process was easier than expected and they got the work done as quick as they could once they got approvals from insurance. They go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. While I wasn't financially responsible for the cost of the repairs, if I was, I think the cost would still be fair. I believe they're honest and genuinely want to do a great job without overcharging.
