The tire technician broke 3 of my wheel studs on the rear passenger side of my vehicle. I asked them about it and they denied they broke them (by over torquing) and said it was related to ordinary wear and tear. I said that if that were true, why would 3 break at the same time after they rotated my tires. They were super nice, but didn't have much of an answer other than deny responsibility. I've been going there for 17 years and this is the first problem I've had.

Scratched my door. I brought my car in for a rotation and balance. The tires were worn too low for them to rotate because of liability reasons. That would be fine if it weren't for the fact that they scratched my door, right above the door handle in the two minutes that they dealt with my vehicle. Extremely frustrating as I gave them a spare on purpose to prevent scratching. Will be doing my own rotation.

It’s rare to find someone who genuinely takes pride in their work, but Brandon stands out in every way. I highly recommend visiting the Costco Tire Center and asking for him if you want top-notch service!
