Had the best experience at CBA South Scottsdale taking my car in for an emissions-related repair. The communication every step of the way was top-notch. They were transparent, courteous, and super helpful to get me the best price (shout-out to Josh)! Shuttle service was also fantastic and brings them another step above other mechanics. Trustworthy establishment that lives up to their values. Already recommending them to others!
View on GoogleWe had a fantastic experience with Christian Brothers Automotive during a stressful emissions repair situation. Our truck failed emissions due to a purge solenoid issue, and they helped us navigate Arizona’s vehicle repair assistance program. The process requires state approval before repairs can move forward, which can sometimes cause delays, but they handled everything quickly and professionally. Josh kept us updated every step of the way and communicated every development clearly, which we really appreciated. We never felt left in the dark. When Josh wasn’t available Andrew knew the whole situation. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Tom, the owner, drove the shuttle and was incredibly kind. My wife accidentally left her glasses in the truck, and Tom personally dropped them off for us. That level of care is rare these days. Rebecca picked us up from our home to take us back to the shop and was just delightful. The repair itself was around $540, but thanks to the state program we only paid about $125 out of pocket, and Christian Brothers handled the retesting process as well. Honest, professional, communicative, and genuinely caring people. We highly recommend them.

Work was done quickly and recommendations made for some additional maintenance items but was not pushy and even suggested waiting on a few items. Won’t service my vehicles anywhere else as trust is priceless in the car repair industry!

I came in for an oil change, and the team went above and beyond and performed a thorough inspection of my vehicle to make sure everything was in good shape.They have exceptional customer service -- I wasn't able to pick up my car and they brought it to me. It was a massive help in my day. The entire staff was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making the experience as smooth as possible. I'll definitely be bringing my car back here in the future! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
