Best customer service from Adam and Keith, give them a raise. I was purchasing a used vehicle from out of state from Bell Lexus. Kameron sales manager at Bell Lexus was being extremely difficult with getting pre-purchase inspection completed. No fault of salesperson. After contacting general sales manager was able to have vehicle brought over with no issues. Technician Sergio R did an excellent job with pre-purchase inspection many pictures highlighting areas of concern. Pricing was very reasonable. Adam was excellent in communicating and a pleasure to work with. If I lived in this area I would bring my vehicles there. Thank you again Adam and Keith for all your help.

While driving from Orange County, CA, to visit family in Scottsdale last Saturday, my 2013 Nissan Altima began vibrating dramatically at freeway speeds. Unintelligently, I completed my drive to Scottsdale. Based on family recommendations, I made an appointment for Monday morning to get a wheel alignment and inspection. It was immensely convenient to make an online appointment over the weekend so I could keep my plans knowing I could drop off the car on Monday morning. The service writer, Kevin, did a wonderful job asking questions to diagnose my car concerns. On Monday afternoon, they texted me the results of the full vehicle information, and what they found was in need of repair. The text included photos of the issues and generic videos explaining what caused them and the impact of not addressing them. I agreed to the urgent recommendations and passed on one we both felt could wait until another day. They promised to get all the parts and complete the repairs on Tuesday. And they achieved their promise. The final cost was exactly what they quoted. I drove home on Wednesday with new tires, aligned wheels, and repaired steering rods. First time customer. I took the car IN for a change oil and to check the front brakes. They provided a complimentary diagnostic and gave me a report. It was a thorough check. But the great thing is their Service agent (Dana). I recently did repairs on my home that cost me thousands and I wasn’t prepared to spend at the moment much more than a change oil and perhaps minor repairs on the front brakes (due to budgetary constraints). So, we went through the diagnostic report and was able to isolate the non-emergency work needed and just focus on the “safety” and immediate concerns and set the other work for another day. And I just drive within the city and in the metro-area. So, my old reliable (old 2009) car now sounds and runs better. And they showed me the part that was replaced. I almost forgot - they provided car service - to my home and back to pick up the car.

The people at Christian Brothers were amazing. Suoer helpful ,honest ,fast and straightforward. Their vehicle inspections are thorough descriptive. Dana was my technician and she was absolutely fantastic! They have a shuttle that drops you off and picks you up when your vehicle is ready. Definitely making this shop my go to for vehicle repair and maintenance.

My experience with Christian Brothers Automotive was incredibly disappointing and, honestly, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. My wife brought our vehicle in because it had some transmission slippage, but the car was still fully drivable when it was dropped off. After Christian Brothers completed their inspection, however, the vehicle became essentially undrivable. The most frustrating part was that they sent their shuttle service to pick up my wife and young child to come retrieve the vehicle without first informing her that the car could no longer be driven. She was brought all the way back to the shop only to be told the car was not safe to drive and then had to be shuttled home again. That lack of communication and consideration for my family was unacceptable. When I first called the shop after learning what happened, I was told I needed to tow the vehicle elsewhere. At that point I had already paid $185 for the inspection, and despite the fact that the vehicle’s condition had dramatically worsened while in their possession, management refused to take any ownership whatsoever. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the situation, no refund, and no willingness to work with us. I ended up driving to the shop in person because I could not believe how the situation was being handled. While I initially came in frustrated, I apologized for my tone and genuinely tried to have a calm and respectful conversation. Unfortunately, management remained defensive, dismissive, and rude throughout the interaction. The complete lack of empathy toward what my wife and child had been put through was shocking. To their credit, after continued discussions they eventually agreed to cover the towing cost and take a second look at the vehicle in an attempt to restore it to the condition it was in before their inspection. I also want to specifically acknowledge the mechanic who worked on the car. He was professional, respectful, and the only person there who showed any level of honesty, empathy, or accountability. I truly appreciated the way he handled himself. Unfortunately, even after their second attempt, the vehicle was still not restored to its prior condition. I then calmly asked management whether they would consider compensating us for the loss in resale value. Before all of this, Carvana had indicated the vehicle still had roughly $3,000 in value despite the transmission issues. After what occurred, nobody would buy the car in its condition. During that conversation, instead of having a professional discussion, the manager yelled at me for nearly 20 minutes. I did not raise my voice or act aggressively — I simply asked whether they would help make us whole given the circumstances. In the end, the best they could do was help locate someone willing to buy the vehicle for around $800 for parts. While I appreciate that effort, the overall experience was defined by poor communication, lack of accountability, and extremely unprofessional behavior from management. Nearly every update required me to repeatedly follow up myself because they rarely communicated proactively. I genuinely tried to handle this situation civilly and fairly without immediately pursuing legal action. I wanted accountability, professionalism, and reasonable communication — none of which we consistently received. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.
