Very rude behavior Way over price then other places Totally Dishonest person I brought the car in for diagnostic, for $140 charge. He, Charlie, told me over 550 for cam shaft sensor (by the way, I didn't have engine light!) Google prices about 250 for parts and labor!! He also priced me about 500 for leaky fuel line replacement. Which is about $200. When I told him that I will get a second opinion, and quote, he really got rudelymad at me. He mentioned he spent three hours on diagnostic and I am giving him $140 (which was the price for diagnostic) Also I left the shop at 8:40, he called me with all the pricing of $1700 at 10:50 and he was claiming that he spent 3 hours on diagnostic!! Totally dishonest guy. He just talks big, but not honest at all

They broke my car and it took an hour of back and forth before they did the right thing and fixed it for free. Came in for an oil change for a 2023 vehicle. As I watched thru the window it took 2 guys about 7-10 minutes to get the oil screw off. At no point did they come and tell me something was wrong or could go wrong, they just kept trying to get the screw off. Well it broke. Afterwards he showed it to me and told me it was manufactured problem and blamed the last mechanic as he stood there holding the screw in his hand, being the last one to touch it. He said there’s nothing to do other than replace the oil pan and they would charge me 300 dollars. I said no, you broke it you fix. He tried showing me tweets from twitter and sounded like a teenage boy not taking responsibility. I said if this was such a “common” problem you should have made me aware when the screw didn’t come off with normal force initially. It took about 7-10 minutes for them to get it off. I was watching on and off. The mechanics should have stopped and brought it to my attention before continuing trying to get it off. I still have a warranty which would have covered it at an in network shop had it broke there. I said I would just tow it across the street to a Firestone and deal with this shop later. Finally the guy said he would just fix it for free. Although first he said 300, then 150, then free over the course of an hour back and forth. During the time I had made calls with a few mechanics friends who said if it was a clearly foreseeable issue they should have made me aware before continuing to try.

Car Tech is definitely the place to go! Replaced the air conditioning last year and more extensive work this year 2026. Our 2007 Honda runs as smooth as silk. Couldn't be happier!

This place is great. When my car got damaged, this shop was willing to accommodate my unplanned visit. Other cars were in the bays, but they were still willing to give my car top priority attention, so that I could get back on the road as soon as possible. They worked quickly, and as a team, to treat the issue. They don't pressure you to get additional work done with their shop. They advise, recommend, and let you decide, even if you decide to get the work done elsewhere. They ordered a part that came in the same day when they needed to replace it. That was nice and speedy. The owner, Charlie, and the front office fella, Jimmer, provided excellent communication and welcoming service.

They put JUNK parts in that break within a few months of getting them replaced. This place is a joke. - former loyal customer of 5 years… never coming back again
