Big O Tires

I had gone to the hardware store to pick up some equipment. And when I got out of the store I had a flat tire. Fortunately I went in and obeyed my instincts and bought some Fix-A-Flat and used the Fix-A-Flat to put air in my tire. As I drove my tire the Fix-A-Flat expanded and got me to Big O Tires. I was in such distress when I was at Big O Tires that I didn't know what to do. I was not ready to buy my next set of tires since I already bought my first set there. Hence the guy took a look at the car, and I don't think he believed me that there was a nail in my tire because the tire looked semi-full. But sure enough the guy pulled the tire off and found a one and a half inch nail in the tire tread. I asked him if he could plug it up and he said yes. I was so relieved that he found a nail in it, and I was not lying or that I had made something up. But I think the guy swore under his breath and said, "I will always trust you Mr. Schellenberg. I believe in your story. I hell ya, you were telling me the truth!" Unfortunately and if I had driven the car without the Fix-A-Flat to Big o tires, I would have ridden on the bead of my tire - ruining the tire. It would have cost me a new tire. Anyways Big O Tires fixed the tire for free. Not only did they take a lot of stress off me because I just walked in in an emergency situation, but they helped me out me immediately! It convinced me to go back to Big O Tires to buy more tires next time I need a set. It's a great relief that they're good guys and good men that are there to take care of the customers. I really felt that they had gone out of their way to provide good customer service. The repair at free of charge was unexpected. During a day when it was hot, and I was under duress, it made all the difference in the world. Thank you Big O Tires for making my day!! Thanks.

Who knew a tire shop could be the highlight of your day? Big O Tires on McDowell Road is! On our first visit, Jordan took care of us—spent about a thousand bucks, but honestly, it felt like money well spent because Jordan was so polite, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Then we met Todd, the manager who moved here from Abilene, Texas, and WOW. This guy is AWESOME. Not only did he help us save money on tires (always appreciated!), but he went above and beyond with the rest of our tire situation. You can tell he cares about his customers and his team. What really stands out is how Todd has transformed this place into a neighborhood shop rather than just another corporate tire center. The whole team is fantastic—great folks who clearly take pride in what they do. My only complaint? Todd keeps talking about Texas BBQ, and I haven't gotten to taste any yet! 😄 If you need tire work done, skip the other places and come here. You won't regret it!

I had a flat tire today and was worried I wouldn’t be able to get it fixed before the end of the day. Even though they were close to closing, Adam at the front desk and Nick in the shop took the time to help me right away. They quickly found the problem, got it fixed, and had me safely back on the road in no time. They genuinely saved my day. The customer service, professionalism, and kindness they showed were outstanding. It’s rare to find people willing to go the extra mile at the end of a long workday. Thank you, Adam and Nick, for taking such great care of your customers. I highly recommend this location!

You never know what type of service you're going to receive when you go to a tire store. These guys were professional and courteous. I for one appreciate that. A location, price and service were top notch.
