First interaction with this business via phone, Sonny was so kind and helpful. Came in for my appt today and Sonny is even better in person. Very kind, welcoming, doesn't miss a beat as he assists customers and vendors and stays calm the entire time. What an incredible businessman! Serviced my vehicle as promised and provided excellent advice on the care of the vehicle. Nice, small waiting area with super clean restrooms, and complimentary coffee, filtered water, and even chips! Highly recommend!

Comedy, never had an oil leak and surprisingly right after doing the “free” oil change which took 3 hours to do, I’m told there’s a leak. At the time I didn’t think anything big. They told me that 02/26/2026. I go to my family’s house(02/27/2026) who have the tools to work on cars and we run an inspection and realize the filter was leaking. Go to take the filter housing off and to our surprise, no O-ring. I was almost out of oil. Had to come out of pocket to do another oil change after going to Autowits who gave me a free oil change but only for them to try and haggle me. Your guys go and make an open mistake and then declare there’s a leak. You send me the “free inspection” that shows the leak and have the gentlemen in the front tell me just for me to find the culprit and fix the problem that was never there to begin with till one of the mechanics tried to pull a fast one on me. I will never be coming back to Autowits. This is disgusting and outright disrespectful.

Amazing experience, I had a lot going on and they were so patient and super understanding with my situation and schedule. I can't thank Sonny enough for everything he has done for me and my kids. I had to put your number under a different name in my contacts bc I recently lost the love of my life of 21 years and his name was Sonny. So it would mess with me when it would pop up on my phone. It was kinda comforting knowing a man named Sonny would be working on his truck to get it running again. That truck was his baby "Ol Betty." I appreciate everything you guys have done. It took me a minute but I hustled up the money to pay for the great job you guys did. Thank you again Sonny! Definitely would recommend to everybody.

My experience with AutoWits was one of the best I have had at an auto repair shop. I brought in my 2002 Ford F250 super duty with 7.3 powerstroke motor. My air conditioning was blowing hot and I had a squeak coming from the front end of my suspension. The online booking process was easy and straightforward. They took my truck in on Monday, and had it fully inspected and diagnosed that afternoon. I had the pleasure of speaking with Will who was very communicative with me through the whole process. Will was transparent on what services I should complete and gave me updates on prices along the way. The cost of service was more than reasonable. The work on my truck was complete quickly and was ready to be picked up Tuesday afternoon. I will now be using AutoWits exclusively for all of my diesel repairs.
