These guys never call you on updates. I was a customer for over 3 years, but their follow up is horrible. My X5 spent 3 weeks in the shop for a blower motor on the A/C (previously repaired). In those three weeks I never once received a call on status. After 3 weeks I picked up the car unfixed. I get that electrical issues on a BMW can be past the expertise of some shops, but never receiving a call is not good. Very disappointing since I thought I could depend on this shop.

Now let me start with saying!! I came to this shop to find an oil leak Christian brothers stated I had. So they charged me 81$ to find an oil leak that he stated he found after I sat there for three hours. I told him from leaving another shop the radiator fan was wobbly, I drove from Glendale to there shop with no check engine lights. So after I sit there and leave a temperature sign comes on so I go back and he just acts as if it was nothing I walked back, right after leaving and driving there with no lights on. He looks at me and basically is really excited about really really over charging me So, I was quoted by Christian Brothers for a radiator assembly, I call AAA to to be g car back that was fine when I arrived… so my husband is told they will include the charge tht they looked at the oil leaked with the charge of the repair. They stated would have my car done the next day at 12pm. No they kept it until the next day around d 2pm for a radiator fan. I told him and showed him pictures thy CB showed me a coolant leak and oil leak. So he states he looking for an oil leak he already wrote up he stated he found that was what the 81$ was for. Then when he repairs the fan he said no I can’t find the link. I feel like I was lied to. My car what not the focus. It was other cars and it took way too long for a radiator fan. For a radiator assembly is has radiator. Fan. Etc. but I only received the fan with the case or whatever. No where does it state it’s an OEM part. Also. 688$ ?? No way. So they did not include the 81$ charge for oil leaked that was not found or fixed. My husband was supposed to receive a military discount. No. I feel like there was just a lot of lying. He wants to work on your car with no certification. No. I’m not asking you to fix it. Joshua you’re a nice guy. But you really over charged us and really set us up to bring our car back and pay a 400% mark up. If not how long is the labor. How much was the part was it oem for a Mercedes. This company owes me my 81$ back and my veteran discount. And proof of all that the fixed. No explanation just here’s the key. What in the world. You didn’t tell me anything new I knew I had a coolant leak. Where is the oil leak ??? Not found return my money. That’s not fair to me.

Communicated with me and was very responsive and fast about getting the parts I needed shipped out quicker than their usual turn around time so I can have my parts by the day I needed them. Will 100 percent use them again.

Your too arrogant Josh for me to deal with 'your better then every one else" attitude. And who asked you to report my having anything to do with your business to Carfax and then having CarFax giving an appraisal as to what my Car is worth to potential buyer's. I appreciate the Work you did for me in the past by fixing those issues when I initially came to you, but unfortunately it was your cynical Attitude that I decided to give someone else to pick up where I left off with you, Josh. Fantastic experience. I move around a lot and my older manual transmission Audi has been to a lot of places — this is @ the top! VERY welcoming, very fast for appointment and quick repair (new brakes/rotors) while I hung out @ the nearby coffee shop.
