Honest, kind, friendly, quick! I highly recommend Wilhelm in Anthem for work on vehicles necessary. They get us in and out for our oil changes within less than an hour each time. They are honest and don’t push repairs. If they are necessary they will tell you but will also be honest if they can wait or if there is something simple you can do like replacing a cap yourself. Great bunch of people and hard workers.
View on GoogleFirst: I'm terrible with names (sorry!!)…second: I’m picky, I’m anal, I have been working on this car for a long time. I was at my wits end after a new front suspension. I do everything myself and know all the tape measure and string tricks to do alignments in my garage….it just wasn’t right no matter what I did. I called willhelm today to see if I could get my car on the rack and get a print out of how far off I am on my alignment… I won’t go far into detail but they went absolutely above and beyond. This isn’t a new car, alignments are “old school”. We got more shims, and spent the better part of two hours undoing and doing it again with the machine to get it right. I was more than happy to pay for their time and to my surprise the expertise adjusting the entire suspension from camber, caster, and toe. The store manager is the nicest and most patient lady Iv ever met and the tech was outstanding and knowledgeable. I don’t do reviews and I do all my own work, that said I am so glad I had the pleasure of meeting them all at this location today. Thank you everyone!
View on GoogleKyle was the ‘front man’ that I met upon entering the store. He was respectful and friendly, and had a customer service demeanor that you wish every other person had. I had a seatbelt issue that they looked at, and upon inspection, realized that it could not be repaired, but had to be replaced, which would have been out of our price range. We will go back there because of his excellent customer service. I highly, highly recommend Wilhelm in Anthem. Thanks Kyle.
