3A Automotive & Diesel Repair

This was my first time at 3A Automotive Services. They are very strong with their customer service and follow up. The women doing the phone work and managing the front desk are excellent. Having done a lot of customer service myself, now retired, I am impressed. My case manager explained everything fully and backed the needed repairs up with photos of what was found. I asked what needed to be addressed immediately and which repairs could wait. He was very direct and gave full explanations. I am beyond pleased and will be a returning customer for good. I feel very strongly in supporting a local family and their business versus a corporate garage repair place. Thank you so much 3A Automotive!

I am very happy with the service that I received from 3A auto. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. Explanations of my cars issues and pictures were great. My car was done as promised, and my brakes have never been so smooth!

I saw their listing on the 602 page for 602 day, and I went over, walked in for an oil change, and there was one person waiting ahead of me, but they took me just as soon as they were finished with the other person. Very short wait, very fast getting to my oil change and getting me set. I got a detailed plan for auto repairs if needed through my phone so that I could view them, and then David came out and spoke to me about them in person and advised me what I should do first. I took care of one thing on my own, but the other things I've taken into consideration and will keep an eye on them. They were very polite. The gal at the front desk (I forget her name now) was just wonderful. She heard me coughing and offered me water, and she was just so sweet and so polite. Everybody there was polite, courteous, and prompt. The office and waiting area was clean and well-maintained. The bathroom was clean and maintained. I was in and out of there in a very reasonable amount of time. I would definitely highly recommend this place to others.

Excellent first experience. The whole team was very friendly and professional. Kirk's communication was top notch. He took the time to explain the nuances of my repairs and kept me updated on when my repairs would be complete. Most importantly, they were honest when one of the anticipated repairs turned out to be a simple fix and didn't charge me the extra money that was originally quoted. Their inspection seemed very thorough, akin to the the depth of inspection I have received from a good dealership, and which is sometimes lacking at other repair shops. I feel good about my experience with 3A Automotive and will trust them to keep my truck in good health going forward. I recommend them to anyone looking for honesty and quality care.

Every time I bring a vehicle in for 3A service they request a Google review from me. I chose 3A to service a family diesel 3/4 ton truck so I could present as perfect a vehicle possible for sale. 3A's evaluation and service helped us sell the truck for top dollar, way beyond Kelly Blue. They have since serviced three more family vehicles here. That's a lot of reviews I have little time to write. I could have my service done at a dealer. Dealer service is consistently less good than our 3A service. 3A is a strong, community-serving small business. They prove my choice in auto service every time I bring in a vehicle.
