I do a lot of work on my B7 Audi A4 Avant and like to have my car "worry free". I am meticulous about maintenance. I have taken my car to a few different places and after getting sick of getting burned and feeling like these other techs/ shops were just trying to bleed me dry, I finally landed on Tanner Motors on google. I was impressed with their reviews and their responses to critical feedback, so I decided to give them a try. When I came home and showed my wife (who at this point was angry that we have spent so much money on the car) the immense detail in their findings and crazy amount of value for the fair pricing that they offer, she said, "oh my god, I really wish you would have taken the car there from the beginning". It is unfortunate that it took me this long to find them, but I NEVER want to take my car ANYWHERE else. Kurt at the front desk was SUPER knowledgeable, kind, empathetic, generally cool and never pushy. As we talked about the work that needed to be done, it was clear that he was interested in what was going to make sense for me, taking my satisfaction and safety into account. I loved that. He then told me he used to be a technician. That makes sense, cause he seemed to understand what was going on with my car from firsthand experience. Everyone there seemed happy to be there, and this is one of those places that doesn't "get rich" from bleeding customers dry, but by offering immense value that makes customers say, "you need to go to my tech, Tanner Motors always does right by me". Thank you, thank you, thank you. I will be back.

I've been to a fair number of European shops around Phoenix over the years, and I also do a lot of my own service. Tanner Motors just makes servicing my cars EASY. And that's rare in my experience. They're super friendly, the service is done competently, quickly, and I know I'm not going to get screwed on pricing. And sometimes I come in with odd service requests, and they are very accommodating. I've had two Audi Q5's and a Mercedes SL500 serviced at Tanner.
View on GoogleThey are very honest about their assessment. I had earlier taken my mini cooper for a repair and after testing, they suggeated no repair was needed. This time I took my bmw x7 for thrust rods replacement. They ordered the parts and completed the replacement in half a day. Their price was half of what the service center quoted. Both cars have been driving fine now

Thats getting hard to find these days... especially for LandRovers. The process is clean, quick, and efficient... and the repairs are priced correctly. Give them a try... good peeps!
