This was our second time coming to this location after having a good experience at the cave creek location. Our issues were addressed, repairs made, and costs were reasonable. They found a few other things that need addressing, but didn’t push us to have it done right away. All in all, Wilhelm is a decent place to have your car repaired for a reasonable price without any BS. Plenty of locations too.

View on GoogleI would be lost without the amazing crew at Wilhelm on 52nd St and E Thomas! My transmission was having a hissy fit and they got me in immediately. Naturally, it wouldn't perform on demand but that wasn't for a lack of trying to get it to do what it was doing earlier in the day. I have trusted my cars to this shop since 2016. They continue to exceed my expectations at a price point I personally think is fair. Customer service has always been stellar. Chris and Erik are lots of fun and I can count on great banter back and forth every time I go in. It's always a good day when you walk away laughing after a big car repair. Thank you for always being amazing!
View on GoogleLet's start by saying this. What a very welcoming voice to hear when your vehicle breaks down. My alternator went out. I was totally frustrated about it. But once I was informed about this . Rest assured I felt better. Up front about the cost and labor. No add ons. Very upfront. Honest and trustworthy work. Small waiting room but comfortable. Will use them in the future for my automotive work.
