If you’re a Toyota connoisseur like myself I would definitely recommend this place! The technicians and staff are super friendly and down to earth. I came in to get some work done for my import from Japan. Most dealerships Don’t have knowledge with import vehicles and will most likely deny any request for maintenance. ToyoMotors on the other hand acknowledged all my requests on what I would l would like to be done and handled this unique situation properly and professionally. I have multiple vehicles and can guarantee that I will be taking all of my vehicles here from now on :)

I've been using ToyoMotors for a couple of years now and feel like I can now give an accurate review. I currently drive a 25+ year old Toyota, and while Toyotas are known for their reliability and longevity, any car that old will have its fair share of problems and wear and tear. ToyoMotors has proven to be a reliable and trustworthy shop which is why I continue to go back to them for work on my car. Their diagnostics have been more accurate and conservative compared to other shops which has saved me hundred if not thousands. They do a great job with being patient with customer questions, providing updates, and keeping an open line of communication. I have not had any problems with their work. I gave them 5 stars because they deserve it, but my only complaint is that their prices can rival that of the dealerships. That being said, they do use OE parts, employ Toyota certified mechanics, they provide high quality work, and have offered me discounts as a repeat customer which is greatly appreciated and a good way of keeping customer loyalty. In addition, I trust them more than I do the Toyota dealerships. Taking that into consideration, I do think that justifies their costs and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others looking for a trustworthy mechanic.

I’ve been a customer of Toyo Motors Auto Repair for many years and I’ve always had great service. Recently, my car‘s air-conditioning was not blowing as cool, and with the Arizona heat approaching I wanted to check it before it became a bigger problem. I called and received same-day appointment and the work was completed the same day. The team is thorough, professional, and communicative, sending detailed text with recommended service and pricing. They are easy to talk to and take time to answer questions and explain the work being performed. Very satisfied and highly recommend!
