Titan Transmission and Performance

I am VERY upset with this company and Damien. I dropped my van off in Feb 2024 because it was under warranty for the transmission work I PAID FOR. This man, Damien, was holding my van as hostage. I just got my vehicle back after a YEAR and 4 months!! He has used every excuse in the book as to why he couldn't give it back ie parts are delayed, short on staff, something is wrong and need to switch parts out. He never fixed any problem with my transmission because I am still having the same issues, I asked him to check and fix... not only did he give me back my van, but it was VANDALIZED! And he informs me this after he tells me to go grab my van. How do you wait till the very last minute to tell me that my van has been vandalized? My van was not returned to me the way I dropped it off. Everything was taken out from inside, along with missing parts. Cracked windshield, missing paperwork, you name it, he did it. It was on HIS PROPERTY and yet this jerk, Damien, still hasn't sent me the police report for the vandalism. I am a single mom of 2 kids and I was expecting this back in one piece and to be able to continue using this van. Damien, I have been nothing but professional, calm, collective with you. You took advantage of my kindness and money for your satisfaction and greediness. I am stuck because I have to not only fix the issues I had with from the beginning when I paid you, but to also fix the additional issues you created and couldn't professional fix! I drove it home and it doesn't feel nor sound right, especially when the van started stalling. As a paid customer, I will not refer anyone to you because what you did to me, I know you will continue to do amongst others. DO NOT COME HERE FOR TRANSMISSION NOR ANY SERVICES! This man is a scam!

I am beyond frustrated with the experience I had at Titan Transmission and Performance. I brought my vehicle in for transmission repairs, and what should have been a straightforward job turned into an absolute nightmare. First, they promised the work would take a week or two at most, but it ended up taking over a month. Every time I called for an update, I got the runaround with excuses about parts delays, other jobs taking priority, or just vague responses with no real timeline. Communication was terrible throughout the process. After finally getting my car back, I quickly realized the work was not done correctly. The transmission still had issues—shifting roughly, slipping gears, and making strange noises. I spent a lot of money expecting a properly functioning transmission, but instead, I got delays, poor workmanship, and terrible customer service. If you value your time and money, I strongly recommend taking your car elsewhere. This shop is unprofessional, unreliable, and does not stand behind their work PLEASE TAKE YOU'RE VEHICLE ELSEWHERE.

This business has had my husband's truck for 6 months. He took it in to get all his leaks fixed. They said they fixed it. He went and picked it up. They had side swiped down the back fender with a huge scratch. He brought the truck home realized, it was out of fluids. When he filled the fluids. They dumped out all over the place. He had already paid them and said it was under warranty. So he brought his truck back to get fixed and it has now been 6 months. They don't answer the phone or respond to messages. He went to the shop and THE SHOP IS CLOSED AND HIS TRUCK IS GONE!!! They have not provided any information as to where the new location is, if there is one. If they do happen to answer because he calls from a random number, they say the truck will be done tomorrow then never answer again. Absolutely do not recommend this place. As of now we are assuming the truck is stolen and we are seeking legal action.

They have my tranny for my olds 442. Quote roughly 1700 and time frame is a week or so. Nothing but happy on my end. Damian is very professional and knows his way around a transmission. Shop was very busy and a little hard to find but I don't mind. I'll keep my fingers crossed on the time and cost. Everything else on this project has been a #$#% show. Even when I am paying top dollar. I think Damian was a great find. I'll keep y'all posted. Ok transmission complete!!! Time frame way off and my fault. My core was toast. Damian went over and above to find me another one. They're like hens teeth and the price was more than fair. Build was done toot sweet and EXACTLY AT BID PRICE!!! plus core of course. He even took into consideration that my car is stuck in paint and will start my warranty after she's put back together. I would highly recommend this shop. Thanks Damian and titan@@@

Damian at Titan Transmissions is top notch. From the outstanding customer service, to the meticulous work that is performed there. From the time he picked up my vehicle to the time I got it back he was very thorough and walked me through everything at each step. They say that you can't get quick, high quality and fair priced work done but Damian does all 3. I will definitely be back.
