Tier One Transmissions

I have a 2020 Ram 3500 dually, and when the turbo went out on a Friday afternoon, I was worried I'd be down for days. I called this shop, and they told me to bring it in and that they'd take care of me. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained exactly what was wrong, and gave me honest recommendations on replacement parts. What I appreciated most was that they also gave me the option to stay with factory parts instead of trying to sell me the most expensive upgrade. There was absolutely no pressure, upselling, or unnecessary charges. Once I made my decision, they got the parts in fast and had me back on the road as quickly as possible. The communication, honesty, and customer service were outstanding. As a bonus, they even hooked me up with a swag bag and one of their custom 10-year anniversary shirts. Completely unexpected, but it really showed how much they appreciate their customers. It was the cherry on top of an already great experience. I'm extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing diesel or truck repairs. Honest people, fair pricing, fast turnaround, and great customer service. Man, I can’t say many more amazing things about tier one. I’ve had them doing my transmission for upwards of 7 years and when I say these guys know what they are doing. I mean it. It’s hard to find people in today’s world who truly try and be an industry leader and know what it takes to get there. But Matt the owner has so much amazing knowledge about transmissions and being someone who also pushes the absolute limit of these transmissions. I know that tier one is the only company I will take my transmissions to. These guys take pride in their work and I couldn’t be more blessed to have someone local to me that I’m able to drop off my truck and do a refresh and give me the honest truth about how everything looks. They advance by having a transmission dyno allowing to verify it’s in line and operational before you even throw the transmission in the truck I’ve used tier one for all my truck builds from daily drivers to my 2000hp race truck and I highly recommend these guys to anyone that wants it done right the first time

Absolutly the best transmission shop and shop in general I’ve ever dealt with! Guys are super knowledgeable and really know their stuff. Excellent communication through the build/repair. Will never use anyone else but these guys on my general service and transmission work

If I could give the whole crew ten stars I would not hesitate. They where able to identify an issue with my Aisin transmission was having when the dealer could not pin it down. They were very thorough in the explanation of what was going on, recommended a repair (not a new transmission) and gave an excellent price for the work. I was under serious time restraints and could not have the truck down for any length of time. They completely understood and got the work done very quickly and efficiently. I arrived at their shop early and had to wait for a short period of time. Their tech took the truck on a test run and when he got back I noticed he walked around the front of the truck and wiped off part of the hood area. I have not seen a shop wipe off their smudge prints on a vehicle when finished for years. This truly shows the attention to detail this great team has. Hands down great customer service, communication and follow through. Solid team

My 2019 Cummins 2500 experienced a hydraulic pressure code didn’t want to chance it so I hauled it up to tier one Brandon and Logan definitely knew what they were talking about. I told them what I use it for and they recommended the Flat sanded high-Pressure billet valve body, and it did not disappoint. I’ve hauled close to 20,000 pounds a couple of different times in the truck and it did amazing I don’t trust any other transmission shop in the valley. These guys know their shit 💯
