Extremely sketchy business. I went to them twice within a month span for breaks and had to pay them each time for parts and labor for something they had not fixed. the second time I was told I would have a warranty on the parts they never gave me warranty paperwork and now they're telling me the warranty is only through the shop and labor would be billed again.

I went in there late to get a Catalytic converter installed. He told me it was going to be a hard install so quoted me $280 just for labor. When I asked how long it would take so I knew if I had time to walk to get cash out of a ATM he told me it would be about an hour almost $300 for an hour of work is insane. So i went to Mufflers Arizona National and they did it for 330 parts and labor. I had to wait till they Open in the morning but totally worth the savings. Mufflers arizona national even had the converter cheaper than O'Reilly's.

I just wanted to say how Jesse is, from now on, my go-to mechanic, which is truly some of the highest praise coming from someone who’s VERY skeptical. If it weren’t for Jesse, I truly don’t know what I would’ve done. Going above and beyond barely covers how much he’s helped me out this ENTIRE WEEK. He ensured I got not only a good transmission but the best customer service I’ve EVER received, and I can’t begin to say how much I needed that at this time. He saw how much help I needed and instead of taking advantage like so many mechanics do nowadays, he actually made me feel better about needing a whole freaking new transmission. He’s ALWAYS transparent, reliable, and communicative: a freaking trifecta. He put up with so much that I legit sound like a broken record with how many times I’ve thanked him. BUT THANK YOU AGAIN, JESSE & HIS CREW! You’re really the best!!!
