I had an amazing experience at this car shop. The service was fast, honest, and way above what I expected. The staff is fantastic — everyone was welcoming and actually cared about helping me. Raymond, the manager, deserves a special shoutout for being incredibly professional, patient, and genuinely kind. He made the whole process smooth and stress‑free. I’m super happy with the service and will definitely be coming back.

After they denied any wrong doing, iv taken my car to two different shops who said the only thing they could do is install a new transmission because my rebuilt one is hacked too bad. Im not a transmission guy but iv been building engines for 30 years so im not a novice. My 800.00 headers have to be cut off because the flange was bent by a pry bar. I pulled the transmission myself and the input shaft is loose and damaged by improper throw out bearing install. Have to rethread 3 crossthreaded screws in the engine block, co2 sensor also crossthreaded. New starter cause the old one was damaged when it backed out due to one bolt holding it in. The ears on the bell housing are bent due to it being forced in. Suing them would cost more than a new transmission so as much as I would love to I just have to suck it up and deal with my circumstance. My dream car is now a nightmare. I can't afford it anymore, have to get it running and sell it for whatever I can get. Iv never written a bad review before but the way they flat out denied any responsibility after a month on a 1 year warranty i have to warn anyone who wants to go there. I'm sure this isn't an everyday thing for them but you never know if your next.
View on GoogleI came here and let’s just say I am shocked that I was quoted so high for a repair that wasn’t needed I went somewhere else and was quoted $7,000.00 less for the ACTUAL ISSUE WITH MY CAR, it’s 2026 I can’t believe we still have mechanics that’s can’t be honest.. $7,000.00 may be nice for an owners pockets but it’s not nice for someone that works hard for their money and can use that for their mortgage and their needs and still have enough money to fix their car! WOW!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I will not speak highly of this place and word gets around quick in Phoenix, live to your name Super discount!! I can’t believe I was going to basically lose $7,000.00 I feel so taken advantage of, my advice is get a second opinion.
