I set an appointment for 5:30 pm to 6:30pm. He no showed, ghosting me on all calls & text message He was to install a fan belt that I had already purchased. He was charging me $100.00, which I thought was ok due to the time of day of the repair & the short notice. The car was inoperable without a fan belt. He left me stranded and ghosted me. I will never use him again
View on GoogleSteve is professional, friendly and communicative. His pricing is also very fair. He worked on my BMW X5, did the diagnostics, ordered the parts for me. He was able to fix my O2 sensors and brakes quickly, for about a 3rd of what another shop was going to charge me. I also had him fix my Mother’s vehicle recently. He was able to change out her battery, ignition switch and catalytic converter along with a few other things. I plan on continuing to use his mechanic services and highly recommend.
View on GoogleUpdate- Fuel pump failed, I texted Steve to see if we would come fix it since it had been only a month. He said he would and gave me a time, told me he would be here in about an hour and a half. I waited for him but he never showed up. Texted him again just to see if he was going to show up and there was no response. It's been about a week and there has been no communication. A text back would have been nice that he couldn't make it or he just didn't want to do it. Pretty much ghosted me and wasted my time. I had to get my car towed and get my fuel pump replaced elsewhere. After breaking down last night, and trying to get my car started this morning and not finding the problem. I had to leave it for the professionals. I called Steve and he was able to find the problem right away. Without using a code finder he diagnosed it and told me it was the fuel pump that went bad. He fixed it pretty quick and explained and showed me what was wrong with the old one. After replacing the fuel pump my car finally turned on! Steve is a very honest guy and isn't robbing you like these big mechanic shops. I highly recommend him and will continue to use his services for my vehicles.
View on GoogleStevie is prompt in responding to calls or messages and very good in diagnosing the problem and fixing it. Eariler I had bad experiences with other mobile tech who did unwanted repairs but Stevie was highly professional and knows what needs to be done to fix the car. His repair helped in time to get my car started and repair cost is reasonable and fair. Thanks Stevie
View on GoogleI found Steve on a mobile mechanic google search I did. I had a weird error message on my 2010 Lexus RX 350. I needed a thermostat and water pump. Steve did an amazing job and charged a very reasonable price. He also recommended some suspension components that were extremely worn out. I had him do that work as well, again at a very reasonable price. He also did spark plugs, transmission fluid service and a motor mount. that work was done by Steve about 10,000 miles ago. The car drives like new. Basically did all my front and suspension components, outer tie rods, steering linkage and ball joints…he can do it all! I’m very pleased with Steve, he is great to work with, highly recommended!
