Got a used transmission replacement done for $4000, started having problems a few weeks later and took it back. The owner argued every possible way to not value the warranty and even had the audacity to ask for another $400 in CASH because “my machine doesn’t work.” Showed them a few stripped wires that had not been there prior to their work and got kicked out and told never to return. Great service!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Above and Beyond Mark Saved My Project When I brought my project to Mark, it wasn’t looking good. This wasn’t a simple, straightforward job this was a full blown suspension conversion. As always, parts didn’t fit the way they should, the work was complicated, and the whole thing could have easily turned into a headache for everyone involved. Honestly, I half expected to hear “sorry, can’t be done” or “it’s going to cost a fortune.” Instead, he did the exact opposite. He dug in, problem-solved every obstacle, and came up with creative solutions to make it all work. He didn’t nickel-and-dime me, didn’t give me any pushback just pure professionalism, skill, and a genuine commitment to getting the job done right. What really stood out was how much care Mark put into his work. He treated the project like it mattered to him, and it showed in the final result. He managed to keep it cost-effective without cutting corners, and considering the challenges involved, he finished it in an impressively short amount of time. It’s rare to find someone both this capable and this customer-focused. Mark turned what could have been a disaster into a success, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I’ll be recommending him to everyone I know friends, family, co-workers because when you find someone who works this hard for you, you hang onto them. I'll start by saying that the people in this shop are friendly. I dropped my '89 Bronco off at this shop on Oct 7th for a transfer case. I do specifically recall saying that I wanted to keep all my original parts, but it was mailed off as a core deposit. After 2 1/2 months of being told that my part was just old and hard to locate, as they ordered every variant of a Borg Wagner 1356 you could think of. I couldn't help but think that maybe they didn't write down any information regarding the one they needed before they mailed mine off. Which wouldn't have been a problem if they held onto it like I asked them too. When they finally found the one that was needed, they put it in and I picked up my car on Dec 3rd. I don't believe they test drove it because it was leaking after the 6 mile drive from the shop to the house. I dropped it back off and picked it up today Dec 14th. They did try to justify the wait time by saying that they wanted to make sure they had the right part so everything worked as normal, speedometer included, and while they fixed the leak my speedometer does not work. I was driving 60 MPH in the photo I added. Granted they did appear to be fixing cars left and right because there was always something different in the shop on my random visits. But they were all newer, I can't recommend taking older cars to this shop. Kinda feel bad for the galaxie 500 owner who's car was there the whole time mine was and probably faced the same issues. Warranty or not, and I'm sure they are glad to be rid of it, I won't be going back to this shop. Edit: I read your reply, there are 5 different versions of the transfer case and mine did not have a tag. But it's a manual shift, that's knocks out 2. Slip on yoke or bolted on flange? That's another, only 2 options left. Is the shift shaft pressed in or bolted on. What color is the speedo gear and how many teeth does it have. These are questions that could be answered by keeping and looking at the original part, like a paying customer asked you too. And yes, after 2 months I did say to find something that works whether the speedo worked or not. But when I'm told the part is found, but it's $1000 more than the discussed price. Anybody would expect everything to work properly.

These guys are legit !! I took in my 04 Chevy Tahoe 5.3l on Monday for a transmission rebuild and I had it back by Thursday morning in perfect condition the service is great the guys are great ! I would recommend everyone and anyone to shift masters!! Great job guys keep up the great work !!
