I had a great experience at Scott’s Automotive! They did an excellent job with my oil change and the tire rotation was quick, efficient, and very professional. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Drea was especially helpful and made sure everything was clearly explained and taken care of. It’s always nice to find a place you can trust with your vehicle. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service. Highly recommend!
View on Googlehad an outstanding experience at Scott’s Automotive. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. The shop had a welcoming atmosphere, and they took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. What really impressed me was their customer service. They provided a complimentary Uber ride home while my vehicle was being serviced and arranged a ride back to the shop when it was finished. That kind of convenience and care is hard to find. The pricing was fair, they offered great deals, and the work was completed quickly and professionally. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority at Scott’s Automotive. I highly recommend Scott’s Automotive to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and friendly service. They’ve earned a customer for life!”
View on GoogleI couldn’t be more impressed with Scott’s Automotive after using them for the first time today for an oil change. I worked with a Ricky who was so friendly when I dropped my car off and very informative when I picked it back up. He let me know everything we may want to consider at the next oil change and I never felt like he was trying to upsell me on any recommended repairs. I also loved getting $25.00 off my first service as a new customer! Will absolutely be back in 5,000 miles.
View on GoogleScott's Automotive on 7th Street has been my service center for a few years now. The staff there have always been very helpful, professional and honest regarding my service needs. They provide uber service for me to get to and from work if I need to leave my car for the day. Recently Drea was my service rep & she was amazing! She helped me with my new tire purchase and I am very happy with the tire recommendation she made. Pricing is always great and it prevents me from having to go to numerous businesses for different services. I will always recommend Scott's Automotive to family, friends & colleagues!
View on GoogleIve been to this shop 3 or 4 times now..each time service and communication with me has been excellent. Drea is my main service advisor and she knows her stuff and how to talk to people. Let's face it..no matter where you go..car repairs are not cheap. But at Scotts I've yet to have any issues after repairs have been done on my car..and if I did..im confident Scott's will make it right. If your a Senior..and you ask..you will get a small discount..which in today's market is nice. They also offer free Uber rides from shop and back to! I will continue utilizing this shop for my car care needs.
