Be prepared to pay a huge fee for them just looking at an issue with your car. This fee for just diagnosing an issue was NEVER disclosed to me up front. Other mechanics see what the issue is, provide a quote and if the customer moves forward they get the job . Nearly $200 to fix nothing. The owner and all mechanics were rude and went into fighting mode when I seemed shocked. I asked the owner why nothing was disclosed on price just to ‘diagnose’ and he would not budge and was extremely defensive The mechanics said ‘you aren’t getting your keys.’ And made Me walk to a Circle K to get cash since they didn’t believe my credit cards would go through . I just had knee surgery and have a handicap sticker but they said ‘walk to Circle K and get cash or you don’t get Your keys. ‘ I just wanted to know why it wasn’t disclosed up front that they charge such huge fees for doing nothing. Haven’t had this horrible customer service in years. Avoid this place at all costs. They wanted double of what I’ve Since Learned is normal, to fix a turbo issue- Dishonest , expensive and rude on all levels. I’m reporting to 3 on your side, Yelp , and Better Business Bureau.

We initially thought our son's car need alignment, they first drove the car and informed us there were other issues causing the problem. Which in the end saved us lots future issues! A few weeks later our son was having different issues, they looked at the car right away and fixed it! Both times they called to explain exactly what was happening and how they would fix it. Prices were explained including all fees and taxes. Very satisfied! Will definitely use them again and refer them!

Gary is awesome. I’ve read the reviews that were negative and I do not agree with them as my experience there was superior. I believe that the negative reviews stem from people who don’t understand how vehicles work and how many issues arise when you start to care and maintenance a vehicle properly instead of at their wits end. Things happen and automotive work is not easy. I am grateful and happy to have a business I trust and recommend for services. If you’ve ever worked on a car, you would understand this place is great and will go above and beyond to assist you if you’re not a Karen.

My second time using them and I won't go back. Very frustrated experience at this shop. Dropped my car off for an oil change and alignment job, only to pick it up later in the afternoon with CEL and faulty temperature reading. Ended up having to leave the car overnight because it was time for them to go home. Eventually they found out MAF sensor was disconnected and faulty, took a week to diagnose and replace. A week later, finally got my car back, except this time weird intake sound from the engine bay. Popped the hood, the air intake box was not tightened and secured with clips. Out of desperation, I took it to a Subaru dealer for inspection and they found the air intake box to be broken. I ended up spending hundreds of dollars in repairs and maintenance from this experience. I have lost trust in their service quality.

I recently was referred to them as an in-network mechanic for my Carvana 100-day warranty. While my car ended up being just fine, they confirmed I will need new breaks in the next month or two. They gave me a totally reasonable quote and were fun to chat with while I waited for my car. For sure ditching my current mechanic for the guys at Saguaro.
