I went for a change of water pump and upper and lower radiator hose change at first. Then when I came back for wheel bearing and hub replacement I I was told the work was completed and it wasn't. It is not even possible to change individual rods In my hub which she told me they did... so that work was a lie. I check in all the racings all the same bearings. It's one thing to add on repairs, but to just take the money and not fix A SINGLE THING IS THEFT. So I called them out about it they said to bring the car in the next morning so I did... I had no issues with it besides my wheel bearing. When I went to pick up my vehicle I noticed they actually replaced it this time. YAY.. (or so I thought). My car didn't even make it around the corner and overheated to maximum with no ac on. When I get home I can see that they have taken my upper radiator hose back and REPLACED IT WITH MY OLD ONE. all of my fluids caps were open and they completely drained all of my coolant. When another mechanic inspected it he saw that my hose was visibly cut and they purposely cracked my radiator neck filler. I payed 361 dollars on may 18th I have it all documented since I paid through card. I DEMAND A REFUND and am pursuing legal action against you

The team at Randys were very helpful on resolving my differential leak on my ford mustang. They answered all of my questions and concerns and as a car enthusiast, it is always great to talk to mechanics that are knowledgeable about repairs. What a pleasant experience I had at Randy’s. Their marketing suggests they are fair and reasonable and they were all of that. I have an older Jeep and they diagnosed it and I didn’t feel I was being up sold on anything. I would definitely recommend and I will go back.

Took my Q7 here to fix rear sensors that came undone from bumper. Local dealer told me it would be $1000 and take a couple days to remount. I cannot say enough about Randy’s Downtown Garage — and specifically about Trish. She is, without question, the best customer service experience I have ever had. When the engine blew on the car we bought for our son while he’s in college, we had a third-party warranty and were able to choose our own repair shop. After one phone call with Trish, the decision was made. She immediately coached us on exactly what documentation we’d need for the claims analysts and inspectors — knowledge that only comes from years of real experience in this process. When the warranty company denied the initial claim (and they were, frankly, the worst warranty company I have ever dealt with), Trish didn’t flinch. She became a fierce advocate for us. She knew from the depth of her diagnostic work that the engine failure was clear-cut, and she stood her ground. The diagnostic report she wrote was nothing short of extraordinary. When we escalated this situation to the dealership where we bought the car, her report was weighed against the warranty company’s inspector report. The dealership said it was undeniable — Trish’s report not only solidified her findings but actually exposed errors in what the warranty company and their inspector had submitted. The inspector had even tried to deny the claim without reviewing the fault codes. Because of the warranty company’s delays, the car wasn’t finished before our son had to leave Arizona for the summer. We were going to have the vehicle towed to a transport facility; however, without us even asking, Trish personally drove the car to the transport pickup location in Phoenix so it could be trailered to us in California. That is above and beyond in every sense of the phrase. Trish demonstrated integrity, expertise, and genuine advocacy at every single step. She never let us get pushed around, and she handled everything with professionalism I rarely see anywhere. If you need a garage you can truly trust — call Trish.
