I recently had my 1998 Chevy truck serviced to replace the ball bearings, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, the level of professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding. The service team was knowledgeable, transparent, and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and why. There were no surprises—just honest communication and a clear commitment to doing the job right. It’s not always easy finding a shop you can trust, especially with an older vehicle, but they absolutely delivered. As for the work itself, it was top-notch. The truck drives smoother than it has in years, and you can immediately feel the difference in handling and stability. It’s clear that the technicians take real pride in their craftsmanship and don’t cut corners. Overall, this was a stellar experience. Excellent customer service paired with high-quality workmanship is hard to come by, but this team nailed it. I’d highly recommend Precision Tire and Auto to anyone needing reliable, expert automotive care.

Precision Tire and Auto is the only shop I’ve taken all of my vehicles for over a decade!! Danny, Mike, and Rocky are super honest and great guys who will shoot you straight on any repairs your vehicle might need. These guys are NOT salesman and will not only let you know what should be fixed, but will explain WHY it should be fixed without pressuring you one way or another.. Great experience at this shop. Had a few phone calls with Rocky to discuss what I wanted done to my truck. He guided me through the process offering his expertise which was encouraging and made the buying process easier. When I showed up to have the work done I walked into a very clean lobby/waiting area. Rocky greeted me and assured me that the installation would begin promptly which it did. I waited while I had a suspension upgrade done on my truck and the job was completed quickly. The technician came and spoke to me about the job during and after and did a great job. I will return next time I need some work done and highly recommend this shop.

If I cud give da crew at precision 6stars I wud bcuz they’ve always exceeded my expectations as far as da services they’ve carried out on my vehicle da cost of those services and even da condition my vehicle is in when I return to pick it up… For example I’ve been getting my Benz worked on so I can gift it 2my son 4his graduation n so some of da repairs were pricey but da functionality n longevity from their workmanship can n will last longer than da bandaids i had been dealing wit previously… Then 2top it off w/o any prior mention 2a car wash dat my car was definitely overdue for when i showed up 2pick her up she was shiny n clean wit additional towels on my dashboard.
