first time writing a review but the guys here at pitstop deserve all the praise in the world after taking on this project for me and working miracles to get my dream car back on the road after an unfortunate accident. they worked with me through the entire process and dealing with my insurance to get it properly restored. the car in a 1990 toyota supra 2.5 twin turbo R imported from japan and as some of you might know while some parts are shared globally not all are. the team here at pit stop was able to put in the work reserching/sourcing and was able to repair my car 100% with either all oem parts or upgraded parts and completed it within a budget that satisfied both insurance and myself. they even gave realistic expectations on time lines and were able to over deliver and while i hope i never get in an accident again they would be the first place i would go to after my most recent experience with them. no5 to mention the paint match phenomenal with this being a limited edition color from japan. all around a fantastic experience and a huge shout out to adiran the body shop manager and his team for saving my dream car from the salvage yard

I and my husband have had nothing but great experiences using this PitStop Performance does a phenomenal job more than 8 years experience! Oil change & breaks done - they were able to fit it all in same day (sometimes I just wait 1 or 2 hours)with a good turn around and price, if it’s big job I wait a few days- it’s extremely fast. Absolutely fantastic customer service! Want to say that they save my money! New waiting area so comfortable! It’s priceless to find a shop and technicians that you are comfortable with, knowledgeable and trust. This place is a definite 5/5 stars!

Update: The shop’s response does not meaningfully acknowledge the concerns raised in my review. Rather than addressing the specific issues I described, the response largely reframes them as consequences of vehicle age or random part failure, which avoids engaging with the underlying problems of workmanship, communication, and trust. Additionally, the response repeatedly implies that because issues were eventually addressed or offered under warranty, the concerns themselves are invalid. This overlooks the fact that the frustration stemmed from having to identify problems myself, escalate issues to receive corrections, and being made to feel as though I was at fault for noticing legitimate issues. The emphasis on mileage and “random failures” also minimizes the pattern described in my review. While high-mileage vehicles can experience issues, that does not explain inconsistent information, incomplete inspections, or dismissive communication. These are service-quality concerns, not mechanical inevitabilities. Finally, their response does not acknowledge the breakdown in professionalism during the final interaction, where questions about my parts and the integrity of the work were met with defensiveness rather than explanation. Instead of recognizing this as a valid customer experience issue, the response concludes by restating accommodation efforts without addressing why trust was ultimately lost. Overall, their response focuses on defending the shop’s position rather than acknowledging or reflecting on the specific concerns raised, which reinforces the very issues of accountability and communication that led to the review in the first place. Original Review: Honestly, I am extremely disappointed in this shop. I have been coming here for around 2 years with my E36 M3, and they have been incredibly inconsistent. I had them replace my master cylinder and slave cylinder for brakes, and they not only did not do it correctly the first time, but also made me feel wrong when I found the master was leaking. It was not until the shop owner got involved that it was fixed. I additionally had my spark plugs to go in to be changed when they did a smoke test a while back, and their technician advised I keep the current ones in the car and assured me they were good. The day after, I inspected them to find they were burnt through the iode and the 6th plug was hand loose. Additionally, the shop manager assured me that there were no codes (in the process of chasing a misfire), and again, I went and bought my own scanner for BMWs specifically and found several codes relating to the misfire. In my most recent exchange, my idler pulley broke after an alternator repair after about 100-ish miles, and when I asked them, they didn't see the faulty part as the idle pulley needs to be removed to replace the alternator. Angel (the shop manager) said that part didn't need to be removed to fix the alternator. A blatant lie. All of this work makes me question why they charge manufacturer labor, not the actual time it takes to replace parts (which I would understand if they had corrected the first time around). In addition to this, I confronted the shop manager about why they had moved my own purchased parts from the floor of the vehicle, and he said to keep them safe. He moved the brake pads to the seat and left a camshaft position sensor on the floor, which sounds like looking through my parts for reasons he didn't care to explain. Instead, he said he was done with me and my issues regarding the shop and its integrity in their work. I really wanted to love this shop, but after being inconsistent, charging for time that isn't necessary for work for an incomplete job, while being dishonest and making it look like I was the problem, after paying thousands for work sucks as a repeated and long-time customer. I unfortunately would not recommend.

Amazing guys work at this shop, got my Q50 looking brand new again after an accident I was involved in. Great work very pleased with the results. Definitely would recommend it to friends and family.

This place is great! I am 18 years old, and I came here from a friend's recommendation because I messed up some areas of my car when I tried to touch up paint it myself with no experience (not very smart of me). I have a 1991 Pontiac Sunbird in bright metallic blue that I bought myself as my first car and spent three summers working for it as a lifeguard. I practically ruined the paint, leaving primer and sandpaper scratches everywhere and I thought it was beyond repair (I could not afford a whole paintjob, and I liked the original paint). Everyone there was kind and very skilled and did an outstanding job fixing my mistakes and touching up the car. They even gave me a bottle of matched touchup paint that was spot-on to the original, and re-striped both sides of my fender's white stripes, free of charge! I highly recommend Adrian and Pitstop Performance, and I will be coming here again in the future. Their prices are very reasonable, and my car looks better than it did when I bought it.
