I want to personally say thanks to Larry, Mike and the Phoenix Auto and Transmission Repair team for such a great job they did for me repairing my thermostat, thermostat housing unit, a complete drain and fill of new 50/50 antifreeze, and new battery on my 2005 Ford Mustang. They were quick to diagnose the problem I was having, fast in getting the parts they needed to fix it, and provided a highly professional atmosphere while I waited. In short notice, they were able to fit me in between two other vehicles being serviced by their mechanics while waiting for additional parts to arrive. This company provided exceptional assistance when the replacement of a fuse resulted in an unforeseen problem with the electrical system. Our electricity was restored in less than an hour after they quickly fixed the issue. They provided outstanding service, and we are happy with the result. Without a doubt, we'd give them five stars.

I visited this place on the advice of other Google reviewers, and I had a wonderful time. When I came in for an oil change, the owner gave me a fair estimate and gave me a free tire rotation. They replaced a nail they found in one of my tires without charging me more! Extremely satisfied, and I'll be back!

Because of their exacting attention to detail and regard for the manufacturer's instructions, they gave my car the care it needed and made it run like a dream. Horrible Experience with Phoenix Auto and Transmission I wish I could give this place zero stars. I took my vehicle in for a lifter job, paying over $4,000, only to have it break down just two weeks later. My car sat in their shop for over three weeks, and when I finally heard back, they wanted an additional $2,800 to "fix" the problem. After insisting they put my vehicle back together without paying more, they begrudgingly honored the original price and gave me my car back. Fast forward a little over two weeks, and guess what? My car broke down again for the same issue! I brought it back, and it sat there for another three weeks. When I finally got it back, it was only a matter of time before it broke down again—this time, just two weeks later! Can you imagine if I had actually paid that extra $2,800? To make matters worse, while I was waiting for my car to be fixed the first time, the receptionist casually mentioned that they had received multiple complaints from customers about being charged for parts that were never actually fixed. It’s no surprise given the shoddy work and lack of accountability. And as if that wasn't enough, they even had the audacity to steal my cologne from the car! I attempted to resolve this with them, but they just want me to bring the car in again. Seriously? You've had three chances to fix it! Now, I’m left with no choice but to take legal action. Larry, you can either call me and refund my money, or I’m more than ready to see you in court. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these crooks. You’ll thank yourself later.
