They are one of the best auto repair shops in the valley. I've been doing business with Ortega's auto repair for the last 15 years and they are honest with their work. They do it all. From an oil change to auto body repair they can get the job done.
View on GoogleTook my BMW in for a spark plug replacement. I called beforehand and asked if they worked on BMWs, and I should’ve taken it as a red flag when the guy hesitated, didn’t seem sure, and had to call me back. I went in for a spark plug change around $160, which I thought was reasonable but they took the entire day even though I had an appointment. I was living in Glendale at the time, and later that night when I used my car, it started shaking badly and it really scared me. There was even a little smoke coming from the engine, so I stopped driving it completely. This was my daily car as a college student with no extra money to buy a new one, so I had to rely on Uber. Because I lived far, I couldn’t easily go back to complain, and every time I tried calling, I either got no answer or got hung up on. Not only did they do a horrible job that forced me to sell my car for cheap and rely on Uber for months, but it was clear they didn’t care about their work when I opened the hood, they had left a screwdriver inside and bits of trash from the Bosch spark plugs. I wish I had taken pictures to upload, but the least I can do now is write this review to warn others and encourage you to think twice before bringing your car here, even for basic maintenance.

After giving me a quote I spoke with the mechanic about the work and went back inside to ask a question which was a crime to ask because I was attacked verbally by all the personnel in the office ,wow ..be aware with the over pricing. Leonard the mechanic was the only person there that knows customer service and knows his tech skills. Small town not many shops and they see your vulnerable. Safe driving everyone

Don’t be fooled by the look of the place, they are professionals and will solve your issue or at least give their honest opinion in which is not easy to find these days.
