At first everything sounded great — friendly staff, quick response, very professional on the phone. But once they got the job, everything changed. They dragged the work out much longer than expected with poor communication and zero updates. Then, after finally finishing, they couldn’t even wait a minute for the payment to go through. We were told the price for a steer tire replacement was $592.41. Literally ONE minute later, they started calling nonstop and suddenly said the price is now $650 because the payment was “taking too long.” That’s completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. Very unprofessional behavior. Be careful dealing with this place — what they promise at the beginning is not what you get in the end.

When I called, the recording said they were open until midnight, so I rushed over because my tire was losing air. However, when I arrived at 9:30, they were already closed. I appreciate you responding to my post and Thank you for understanding my frustration.

I get what they are doing... But it added to an already terrible day when I drove to a tire shop that I was told is open 24/7. I drove there and it was the opposite direction of home and they closed at five. I didn't realize they become a tire delivery service after hours, and I didn't want that. I was confused and I probably should have called first or read more... Honestly, I started writing this and it was on star, but I will raise it to four and hope that my review prevents someone from driving there after hours.

This was not going to be an easy repair either being that she has 24 inch wheels The police said it would be fine as long as somebody was coming to fix the tire. I was unable to come down so I called Mr. Tire, and, without hesitation Juan responded and he raced down there within 30 minutes of my call. He communicated with me via text and calls the entire time and when we realized the tire was unable to be repaired, he put on the spare. He was polite, accommodating, and even waited around after he was finished to make sure the vehicle was locked securely. I was able to pay him through Zelle and it was an unbelievably easy transaction from start to finish. Customer service is a dying entity, and Juan showed some of the best customer service I have been witness to in quite a long time. I didn’t think there were people around anymore that cared. He could have easily left her stranded down there and forced to call a two truck but navigated his way through the problem with professionalism and surprisingly a remarkably bubbly attitude. What a great guy. Thanks so much.
