Words cannot describe how highly I truly recommend this mobile mechanic!!! He literally saved us in a horrible situation of being stuck PHX Sky Harbor terminal 4 parking garage in a lifted 4x4 truck. We called AAA NO TOW truck could pick it up due to the location of being stuck in that god awful parking garage with the curly q entrance and exit. If you know terminal 4 garage you will understand the situation we were in being in a lifted truck with not my clearance above and NO way out safely when the truck wouldnt start. We had 2 nice people at the airport try to jump the truck but it didnt work. I called him in a state of panic being stranded in the short term parking in terminal 4’s garage and he came out within NO JOKE 20mins. Figured it out needed a new starter, got a part in 30 and fixed in total of an hour and my half from my initial call. Words cannot thank him enough and he has forever earned my business and recommendations!! Beyond that his prices were very reasonable!! Thank you!!! Thank you!! Thank you 🙏

I used Mobile Mechanic96 LLC for services on my vehicle two years ago and Geremy got the job done hence the one star redemption. However, my last experience with Geremy was horrible and prevented me from ever doing business with him again. Upon paying him up front for a repair, his communication went from great to averaging over 24 hours to get a simple response. He rescheduled six times and the check engine light on the vehicle is still on. He has consistent issues with his payment accounts, never answers a phone call, and despite being a mobile mechanic does not have reliable transportation which became one of the excuses. We are forced to spend more money at a shop due to this mans negligence

Outstanding service and reliability. He’s available around the clock and responds quickly no matter the time. Pricing is affordable ,he takes the time to diagnose the issue and goes above what was expected to make sure the repair is done right. Highly recommend

Geremy, though possibly skilled, is unreliable, uncommunicative, and dishonest. He has our truck keys and $1,675 for repairs promised on 5/19 to be completed in 1-1.5 days. On 5/20, he drained the transmission fluid, said he’d return 5/21, and hasn’t. Texts went unanswered for days; excuses included accidents, hospital stays, and family visits. He promised to come 6/3 and 6/4 but didn’t. We had someone look at the car to reveal that he didn’t replace the water pump and power steering pump, despite charging $291. 4/19: Prepaid $179 for 4/23 diagnostic. 4/23, 10:40 AM: Texted Geremy. He replied, “Had a rough morning. 30-35 minutes [out].” Arrived 12:40 PM. Paid $1,775 for parts/labor; repairs to start 4/25. 4/25: No-show. 4/26: Texted; no reply. 4/28: Geremy texted after my follow-up, cited accident, promised to reschedule. 4/29, 11:50 AM: Geremy apologized, asked to come over. Arrived 1:08 PM, worked 40 min, left for Maricopa, didn’t return. No replies until 5/3. 5/4-5/14: Showed up 2-3 times at night; work incomplete. 5/15: Geremy texted, “torque converter failed… needs a torque converter… 3-5 days for part, 1-1.5 days work.” 5/19: Paid for parts after Geremy said, “purpose of both would… dedicate time to the truck.” He replied, “Payment recevied, order made in 30, tear down… 6AM/7AM.” 5/20, 9:21 AM: Geremy texted, “Slow start… I will text when en route!” Drained fluids, left, promised return 5/21. No-show. 5/30: Geremy texted, “Getting back to work Monday.” 6/3, 8:54 AM: “I will be arriving today.” No-show. 6/4: “I’m sorry about yesterday… I will be there today.” No-show. 6/6: Saw Geremy partying on Instagram. 6/9, 2:48 PM: Geremy apologized, cited “surprise visit from California… Getting back to work today… run the Ford tomorrow.” 6/10, 11:03 AM: Asked Geremy for ETA. He replied, “My mom is… packed up… check-in… 12… I will text.” 2:56 PM: “Got pulled over… just left emissions…” No contact since. 6/11: Texted, demanded refund unless work resumed. 6/12: Texted, requested keys/fob.

This is one of the worst experiences I've had with a mechanic. My complaint dates back to about February of 2025. Why am I just writing this now? My intention was to take him to small claims court, but I was relocated for work. I did submit official complaints to the BBB and attorney generals office in Phoenix. He installed used parts in my vehicle without my knowledge. Used parts that within a couple months would fail. He will say that I had been informed. But I have my bill, lengthy texts and emails with none of that mentioned. I was offered OEM and non-OEM parts, I said OEM which he stated I should've known were used since my van was discontinued. I had a bad experience a few years ago with a refurbished part so I would have NEVER agreed to used parts. 2 months after replacing my ac compressor and power steering pump (among a few other things), the ac compressor went out a few hours from my home. When the mechanic in Camp Verde told me what was wrong, I immediately called to see what my options were, assuming that the part had a warranty. I was told that he could fix it if I brought it back to Phoenix. I was also told my the new mechanic that it was 100% not a new part. When I told him that the power steering pump was also replaced, he double checked and said it was also not a new part. I was livid. I had paid nearly $2000 to fix these issues, only to have to pay it all over again 2 months later. I have a written statement from the new mechanic stating that the parts installed were definitely used and did not even look refurbished. When I asked for a refund from Mobile Mechanic, he stated that I had agreed to everything and he would do no such thing. This was after it had taken him WAY longer than it should have. My original contact with Mobile Mechanic was in February 2025, I have conversations through May 2025 with issues still needing fixed. He canceled multiple times, had random breakdowns on the way to my place, got lost and drove an hour or so in the wrong direction... ALL so many excuses. I had continued to try to get my van fixed though since I had paid up front and didn't have cash to go elsewhere. He is a liar and unethical and I wouldn't trust him to fix a toddlers little tikes car. I don't take lightly leaving bad reviews, but this man is an absolute scam. If he responds at all, he might say I yelled at him, maybe swore at him. All true considering I was stuck with a broke down vehicle out thousands of extra dollars. I have never been more angry at a single person more in my life. Whatever his comeback will be as a response to this, it's probably lies. I never agreed to used parts and he took the money and ran after installing bad parts. Worst type of human. Happy to share further details and evidence if anyone wants it.
