I went to this Mobil 1 for several years without issue but this last time went horribly. My mom and I were going to Texas for a road trip so we went to get the thermostat replaced because the check engine light was on. This guy vehemently convinced us that it did not need to be replaced yet. I even tried to back pedal him multiple times by saying the financial cost wasn't a big deal, if he couldn't get it done right now we could get a rental, or we should just replace it to just make sure. No, this guy for whatever reason, I don't know what it was, did not want to replace it for us so he convinced us that we could do it when we got back. Well, we ended up breaking down 188 miles from the nearest mechanic able to repair our diesel jeep. The towing bill ended up costing more than 500 dollars and the repair costs north of 2000. You guessed it right, it was because the thermostat got stuck because it needed to be replaced. On top of this due to the Jeep overheating so quickly it still had problems when we eventually got it back home. We explained the whole situation to him and he did absolutely nothing to make it right. Gary did teach me a valuable lesson though, never get complacent with your vehicle. Always do the preventative maintenance for your vehicle.

Not only is this location very convenient for me but the gentlemen here are top notch. I had a 60,000 mile service and an oil change. I didn't realize how long the change was going to be and only had time for the oil. Gary was kind enough to do the oil change and allow me to come back the next day to finish. Both the oil change and 60,000 was done efficiently and in a very timely manner. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Gary and team!

I wanted to give my Ford Fusion Hybrid a better lube and transmission fluid change.... I got that and soooo much more .. Service was top notch and my car was ready in 1/2 hr .... Driving it home ... oh man for a car with 200k miles on it .... it felt like a teenager again..... Thank you so much....

I had the best service at Mobile 1! Unfortunately, my car broke down on the I-17 so I had to have it towed to them. When I got there they were able to get my car in right away and diagnosed the problem. It wasn’t great news that I wanted to hear but they give me their honest opinion and advice on what my options were to fix it and what they felt would be my best option. I was so happy with their service that if I’m in need of a mechanic again I will definitely go back to them!
