Got a Used tire for my Chevy Trailblazer. And they had the best price. Went to 2 different tire shops that wanted to charge me 60$ for one used tire. Lopez charged me only 50$ which is more reasonable. And being as busy as they were on a Saturday. They were still as quick as they could be and helpful. They've helped in the past with patching my tire as well. And were quick and efficient than as well. Overall great experience.

Waited for 20 minutes for someone to talk to me and no acknowledgment at all I was standing right in front of their pay window. I get it they may be a little busy, but some customer acknowledgment would be nice. I ended up leaving and going to the one on 75th instead they We’re also busy, but they acknowledge me within seconds telling me that they will be right with me. That’s what you call customer service.

This place scratched my rim bad and it took 3 to 4 weeks to repair it. When I finally got the rim back is wasn't 100% repaired. I had to go there 3 times. They didn't fix it the first time. Im busy and they wasted a lot of my time
