What really separates them from other shops is their honesty and expertise. More than once, they’ve helped pinpoint problems correctly and saved me from wasting money on unnecessary parts. It’s hard to find people nowadays who genuinely care about helping customers get things done right the first time. Whether you’re building a classic muscle car, tuning a hot rod, or just trying to figure out a frustrating issue, these guys know their stuff and are always willing to help. I’ve bought tons of parts from Lopers, and I haven’t had any issues until I was sold a cheap liquid pressure gauge for my Holley fuel pressure regulator, once I installed it the gauge reads zero and the regulator is dumping fuel to the carburetor. So I called Lopers to explain my gauge isn’t functioning properly, and the employee at parts was making statements like “I’ve sold several hundred of those and have never had one come back.” This was such a rude awakening that they would literally argue over a cheap tool even though I have thousands of dollars worth of receipts and have been rebuilding my sbc 350 with Loper’s parts. This is honestly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I think it’s safe to say I will never shop there again and will prefer to order from summit, and I want you all to know they absolutely do not appreciate the business they receive from loyal shoppers. Absolutely horrible!

View on GoogleIf you take it to Loper's, theyll take you to the cleaners. I had my truck there about10k miles ago. Have now had it to the dealership for service numerous times fix everything they touched. Missing bolts everywhere. Nothing torqued to spec. Inferior parts installed at premium prices. Theyll do work without asking and charge for parts and labor not done. Then they will not diagnose your issues properly so you will constantly be back. Every bit of work checked and redone by Jones Ford in buckeye. Better service and performance.
