View on GoogleMy honest opinion about this place: On my first visit, it took about four hours to get two used tires installed and an alignment. One of the tires they put on my car had a visible crack around the sidewall. I understand used tires won’t be perfect, but I’ve never had a used tire shop install a tire with such an obvious defect. Seeing a sign that says they’re “not responsible for damages from used tires” didn’t inspire much confidence after that. After waiting several hours for the alignment, I left only to realize my car was still pulling to the right. What frustrated me the most was that no one told me the alignment couldn’t be completed properly. Instead, the technician test drove the car, said everything was good, and sent me on my way. I updated my review and decided to give them another chance. On my second visit which too another 4 hours, they did replace the cracked tire, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the alignment still couldn’t be completed because the technician’s torch was faulty, and he couldn’t get in touch with his boss. I will say the technician did everything he could with the equipment he had, and I appreciated his effort and honesty. I’m now going back for a third visit, hoping the alignment is finally fixed. Overall, the customer service was polite, but the process has been extremely time-consuming. There doesn’t seem to be much urgency to get customers in and out, and needing three visits for tires and an alignment is frustrating. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend this shop unless you have plenty of time to spare. There are other places that can likely get the job done correctly and much faster.
