I normally do not write bad reviews, but this time I will. My car battery was dead and I called KTL for assistance. We agreed that he will bring a new battery. Just to show up he requested 75 dollars. Also, he bought a more expensive battery. I ask him to bring receipt as well. Upon arrival he took battery out and I ask him to give me a receipt. What he did with the receipt was quite shady. He cut out just a tiny strip of the receipt without the store name and the price of 317 dollars and some change. There were quite cheap or cheaper batteries available. I believe that this battery was not new considering his entire shady service. I continued to observe his work. Then, when he placed a new car battery he then made it tight with a wrench/tool. He charged me another 4 % for paying with a card. After he left I checked the new battery and was suspicious how well cables were attached. I went to Autozone and asked an employee to check connections. He did and noticed right away that the positive connection was considerably and quite loose which will drain the car battery quickly. Very shady and unprofessional. Obviously, he is in business to scam customers. Be aware , this man is not an honest one. Obviously, he did it before, due to his quite comfortable state while performing a shady service. Avoid this business , unless you want to be scammed. PS. If I could give NO STARS evaluation I definitely would. DIABOLUS VISITABO TE.

I had a disappointing experience with KTL Mobile Automotive. I was quoted $950 for replacement of all three engine mounts with OEM parts. Based on that understanding, I moved forward with the work. After the service was completed, I was later told that only two mounts were replaced and that the transmission mount was not included. This was not clearly communicated upfront in a way that matched the original agreement, and the final result did not reflect what I believed I was paying for. I now have to take my vehicle to another shop to complete. Communication throughout the process became inconsistent, and it was difficult to get clear answers or timely responses. I attempted to resolve the situation directly, but we were not able to come to a fair resolution. I would recommend getting a detailed, itemized quote in writing before agreeing to any work. That is exactly why I moved forward—because the understanding was that all three would be completed for that price. At no point was there a clear, revised quote presented and agreed to in writing or discussed before the work began reflecting that only two mounts would be replaced at a different adjusted price. That is the core issue. Regardless of parts availability, the scope of work changed—but the pricing was not transparently restructured in a way that matched that change. As a customer, I should not have to reverse-engineer pricing after the fact. Regarding the brakes: Yes, there were multiple issues with parts being incorrect, which resulted in delays and inconvenience. While I appreciate that you eventually installed the correct pads, this does not negate the fact that the service process itself was disorganized and required follow-up on my end. To be clear: 1. I was originally quoted for three mounts 2. Only two mounts were completed 3. I now have to pay another shop to complete the third mount 4. The pricing was not clearly restructured upfront to reflect the reduced scope This is why I requested a partial adjustment—it reflects the difference between what was originally agreed upon and what was delivered. This review is not about being dishonest—it’s about transparency, clear communication, and alignment between quoted work and completed work. I stand by my experience.

Hands down, Todd and his crew know AC systems like nobody else. I had a super weird project. LS swapped Tacoma, with factory ac controls, corvette compressor, Mack truck condenser located in the bed. These guys got lines made for me, figured out a bunch of leaks, and figured out what my system needed to get it operational. Now it blows 40* cold. Couldn’t be happier. Prices were fair, an he got my truck done in 2 DAYS!!!! Hats off to you guys.

Amazing!!! I was referred by my old boss to the mobile mechanic when my AC stopped working last year. Not only did he fix my AC, but the pricing beat any other mechanic I’ve come across. Since then, he has repaired my daughters car and I referred my sister as well. Over the weekend he fixed my brakes and found a small leak. He’s very focused and has a keen eye. I will have him fix any other issues that might pop up. I highly recommend KTL. You won’t be disappointed.

Todd has worked on a few of cars and he is my go to! Great guy, great prices and great work. Would absolutely recommend .
