Ken's Transmission are life savers, they are professional, courteous, prompt and very skilled at what they do. I had called 15 to 20 transmission shops around the valley. Every one of them were 2 or 3 weeks out from being seen. Then once seen they all had a 10 to 14 day turn around on a full reman for my truck. I called Ken's last Thursday they told me bring my truck and they will figure out what's going on with a free diagnostic and go from there. Friday we determined to do a full reman. They started the process on Monday and called me Wednesday and told me my truck was ready for pick-up. All in less than a week. Phil was amazing to work he knew I had a catalytic converter in the back of my truck I was going to put in as soon as they were done with the reman and they installed it for free of charge. Ken's team aren't just transmission guys they are Super Transmission Guys, the only thing missing were there capes. Thank You Phil and guys for a great experience. I hope I never have transmission problems again but if I do I will always come back to Ken's.

These guys are the best! Knowledgeable and honest! I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to them to check out a leak in my transmission after a dealer told me I would need a new transmission for $10k. Not only was their quote much less for a new transmission, they checked it out and determined that I didn’t need a new transmission. I would give them a 10 out of 5!

I had sudden issues with my car and had no idea how to resolve them or what was going on, essentially my transmission is out and would be 5K to replace, although this is something no one wants to hear Ken's Transmission provided answers, a thorough assessment, and handled the situation honestly and transparently. I respect that, so I definitely think if you have transmission issues or suspect any to bring it to this shop! I can't complain with any of the services rendered.

View on GoogleI have a 2017 Lincoln Continental and the transmission was rough shifting. A lot of shops suggested I get a full transmission flush which is a pricier job but Phill I believe was he’s name suggested just a transmission oil change, the job is less expensive but gives you less issues in the long run! That was almost a month ago and my car is still running SMOOTHER THAN EVER BFORE. great work, Honesty Mechanic!
