I had an amazing experience with this mechanic. He took his time carefully removing each part and explained exactly what was wrong with my car in a way I could understand. His integrity really stood out — he went out of his way to find the correct part for me, even when it was inconvenient, and didn’t leave until the job was fully done. He came out first to diagnose the issue, told me exactly what part I needed, and then returned the next day to complete the repair. Everything was done at a very reasonable price, with no rushing or cutting corners. I’m extremely satisfied with his work and professionalism and will definitely be using him again.

Saturday night topped off fluids before hitting the freeway, Tucson to Tolleson. As soon as we got into town we noticed the transmission acting up. A quick google search led me JTM and several other 24/7 Mobile Mechanics. It was late so I messaged in the AM. Joseph got a hold of me within 10min of my text (only one other business replied, 1 hr later). I explained my situation and he quoted me. The rate was fair, condlsidering it was now Sunday morning and hours from our concert at Talking Stick Amphitheatre. He stayed in communication with me, gave me options and when he arrived it was worse than we thought. He didn't try to jump ship or tax me for that matter. He just tried to find the most cost effective solution to get me and the back home safely. After just over 2 hours he had my transmission pan down, fluids drained, new fluid in and our Yukon ready to go. It was still slipping a bit but felt way better. He mentioned a rebuild or new transmission may be the way to go. He accepted a cash and a Zelle payment to square away the cost. It was over 110° and he made it happen. All in the parking lot of our hotel. Just in time for the RUSS concert. Joseph, I can't tell you how much we appreciate everything you did. We're grateful to have used you in our time of need brotha. Thank you for being prompt, polite, honest, and for your hard work. I'd highly recommend JTM to anybody in need of a mobile mechanic.

I had a bad oil leak that required the valve cover and affiliated parts to be replaced. I had oil coating everything in the engine compartment breaking down rubber parts, it was a nightmare. JTM Mobile Auto Repair came out and repaired it without a problem! Friendly and knowledgeable, I will be using Joey as my trusted mechanic from now on!
