View on GoogleI can't recommend Jimmy G's automotive enough! As a female who's doesn't know much about cars, I'm always a bit nervous about being upsold. Jimmy was incredibly honest and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with our 2012 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD. The very specific part needed (a brake booster) wasn't easy to come by, but Jimmy found and ordered it same day and kept me updated on shipping statuses without me ever having to ask. Even though our truck was there a week waiting for that part, I never doubted it wasn't in safe hands. The day the part was finally delivered, his team was on it and we were able to pickup our truck that same day. The service was professional, the billing was transparent, and the final price was exactly what they quoted. Whether you have a diesel truck, suv or car I would highly recommend this shop. Integrity like this is very hard to come by now and days, especially at an auto mechanic shop. We are customers for life now. So much so, I am writing this review as our Prius is there now. Godspeed!
