Very honest place came in for a engine repair for drill and tap was quoted 4k for parts and labor, significantly cheaper than the 5k+ quotes I was getting around the area. Couldn't afford the repair so I came in months later with my engine in my 2nd car's trunk, was quoted $330 for labor. The skilled technician that drilled and taped my block did it professionally. They finished it within 2 weeks . Amazing communication throughout the service, they were honest about if the work could be done and what the issues were Would definitely come back here for any type of automotive service.

We took our car to Jack’s because a/c stopped working. We picked up the car and drove home. Next morning, the a/c wasn’t working again. Took it back. Kyle informed us just bad timing that another leak showed up and we would have to pay an additional fee to get repaired and recharged. My husband owned his own plumbing company for many years. If he did service work and he needed to go back he didn’t charge to fix something that should been fixed the first time. We’ve taken our cars plus family and friends as well but unfortunately not going back. If they are too busy to do it right the first time they should not be charging to do the same repairs a second time. Just make it right!!

Didn’t fix the problem. Kyle said was just timing of the leak didn’t even make it home and was blowing warm. Took it back the next day and he wanted to charge me again for everything he just did. Iam sorry but i had a service company for over 30 years and If i didn’t fix the problem the first time i wouldn’t charge them again for the same problem. Kyle it wasn’t timing the leak started on the way home it was your guys missed it period. Now my family friends will have to find a different place to take our vehicles. Nice guys but if your to busy to do it right a stand behind it then get different service technician . Thanks
