Great shop. Went today for an alignment on my Bronco. It had been a year and a lot of dirt roads so figured it was time. They drove it and then put it on the rack. Came and told me that everything looked great, no need for an alignment. Only paid the inspection fee. Super honest shop.
View on GoogleRecently purchased a 1999 Toyota Tacoma 4X4 pickup. Thought I would take it in to this scam artist to get a wheel alignment. After NOT test driving my truck he put it on the rack for 10 minutes and said to me "I hope you got a good deal". I was then presented with an estimate that I have pictured below. $1,179.54 for parts, $1,505.00 for labor, $103.17 in taxes and $20.00 for materials. A whopping grand total of $2,807.71 for his pleasure. All I really wanted was the $65.00 alignment how lucky I was to get a second opinion. Went to the Goodyear service center in Mesa and found that I needed nothing other than the alignment. My truck runs great and pockets are a lot fatter and would like to say thanks to Ken and his crew at Goodyear............

Anthony was super helpful in explaining that my current alignment numbers looked good and there was no point in selling new tires an alignment at the moment. He said wait 3k miles and come back if I notice any pulling or wear. I appreciate this business’ honesty and not selling me something unnecessary!

View on GoogleBEWARE! Booked a 11:30 appointment online at 10:30 showed up at 11:25. Was told they were too busy and would need to leave vehicle after driving 45 minutes to get there and 45 back all for nothing. No apologies no respect. Just leave vehicle for remainder of day with no ride or tuff shit! Terrible customer service and will never go back!
