I got quick, friendly, professional services done here. Got my suspension repaired same day. This company is nice because they give you online reports of your inspections and alignment details so you can see for yourself what’s going on with your vehicle and know you’re not getting scammed. The man who I spoke to said “if you were my daughter this is what I’d want you to have done for your safety” and I thought that was really sweet! Thanks guys

After a long drive from New Mexico to Phoenix, my old Scion TC showed an issue the next morning after getting there, which was a Sunday. I took the car to three mechanics shops that were open, but they could not help for different reasons (technician not available; not understanding what may be the cause of the issue; etc.). Monday Morning, I called another shop, and they told me that based on my description of the issue, it will be 250 to 450 dollar expense just for them to tell me what is wrong, and I have to leave the car with them for at least a day. After that phone call, I called Greulich's Automotive Repair (at 1101 E Camelback Rd) for a 2nd opinion. Gary responded to the call, and upon hearing the issue and what I have experienced, he noted the most likely cause to trigger the problem, and that the car should be OK for the drive back home. Considering the almost eight hour drive back home, he did extend me an offer to fully inspect the car for a very reasonable price, just for my peace of mind. I took the car to the shop the next morning, and the technician thoroughly inspected the car and provided a detailed assessment with pictures, etc. None were blockers for my trip back home, including the original issue that made me call them, and Gary noted that the car will take me back without any issues. He was absolutely right, and I got back home without a single issue during the eight hour drive. Overall, my experience was very positive with this shop. The staff in the office were very kind and friendly, and Gary's professional assessment on what may be wrong with the car by just hearing the symptoms from me (on the phone when I called) gave me great confidence in their competence and knowledge. Thank you Gary, and the team in this shop for providing this kind of excellent service, and for your honest evaluation and feedback. If I were living in Phoenix, they would have definitely been the place to take my cars for any service.
