A real human element seems to be missing from a majority of the car industry. Andy was fantastic and took real time and knowledge to answer all of my questions. All i was looking for was someone knowledgeable about evs. After calling numerous locations and dealerships no one gave me any really confidence or even great service. I'm not talking about spending thousands for an inspection but getting someone who cares was most important. Andy was that guy and he followed up timely and was able to help me out and went above all my expectations. Ill be exclusively servicing our new ev with Gemba.

Al and the crew at Gemba Automotivetruly astounded and amazed me with their compassion and willingness to help me and my mother when our situation became so difficult with the new Chevy Avalanche I bought in Phoenix after my Jeep broke down about 70 miles East of Flagstaff the week before Thanksgiving last month. I bought a Chevy Avalanche to tow my Jeep back home to Arkansas, but the day after I bought the Chevy from a private party, the torque converter locked up, rendering the vehicle useless. Al and crew helped me by storing the vehicle at their shop while I searched for a new vehicle. Al even had his crew remove the trailer hitch and installed it on the new Chevy Avalanche I bought days later to replace the one that I’d originally bought. That way, I was finally able to go get my Jeep from Flagstaff to trailer it home! Al and his entire crew were so helpful, understanding and supportive of my mother and I that I was simply amazed at the caliber of people they are at Gemba Automotive! If I lived in the Phoenix area, there’s absolutely nowhere else I would take my truck to for service because they are utterly dependable and honest as the day is long. Al and crew became friends from my experiences with them over the Thanksgiving holiday and beyond, and that is special to me. I will never forget how I was treated there, and Al wouldn’t even take my money for installing the hitch on my new, running Chevrolet Avalanche! I tried to make him take my money, but he said he couldn’t, that my mom and I had been through enough on our trip, and he didn’t want to add to the financial hardship. Now that’s a true gentleman, who values people, not just money. You cannot go wrong by going to Gemba Automotive, whom I consider my friends now.

I am writing to share my positive experience regarding the recent brake fluid flush and cooling system service performed on my vehicle. I appreciated the professional service provided by GEMBA, as well as the convenience of the Uber transportation provided to and from the shop. The entire process was completed efficiently within the same day. I would like to extend a special thanks to Lana for her exceptional help and hospitality throughout the visit.

I brought my truck in for trouble starting and was charged $298.50 for a diagnostic fee and just under $900 for two camshaft sensors and a crankshaft sensor parts. After looking up the actual price I said I would take my truck else where they immediately took off $600. This felt deceptive to me as if they were trying to see if they could get away with charging me extra for parts. Update: Management reached out to explain billing hours and the parts cost mishap. They assured me the pricing was due to a computer error. While I still feel fees were on the higher side, I appreciate the manager taking time to communicate and attempt to resolve the situation. I have updated my rating to reflect the communication.
