My experience with Flop Shop was exceptional. Not only did Filip come to me to diagnose the problem, he provided a quote and picked up the car the very next day. He replaced my front Axels and alignment arms, gave me a new transmission pan, replaced my filters and wipers cleaned and vacuumed my car then returned it directly to my house the day after. Very impressed by the white glove treatment of my older Subi. I will use Filip again in the future. Top Notch

Filip is one of the best! His shop was suggested in one of my Subaru groups and I was glad that I went with him. I initially just needed Subaru parts for my upcoming build. His prices were the best I have seen after months of research. Asked him for a quote on the install plus a couple other maintenance items and was blown away by his pricing, best I have came across as well. Filip went above and beyond. Updated me every step of the way, sent pictures and videos. He answered questions whenever I asked even when he was off and closed. When my car was in there, he had 5 other subarus in there for work, he knows what he is doing with those cars. Filip treated me like a friend and that's the experience that is rare, especially in car repair. After the install, my car went off to Snail Performance AZ for a tune. This was my first build and Filip made it such a breeze, highly recommended!

Had some major work done on the car, turbo replacement, 30k mile service, and some upgrades. Front start to finish Filip was on it. He gave me a lot of useful information about my car, some stuff I wasn’t even aware of. Sometimes even off work hours I was able to ask questions and get a response right away. If we are talking about above and beyond... this shop is it. He made this whole process such an ease. Everyone at the shop is professional and will get stuff done right! I highly recommend!

I completely destroyed my engine last summer from lack of coolant and Flop Shop was able to walk me through the mechanics of what happened to my car and also what it would need to be drive-able again. A full core replacement later and it runs better than it ever has since I bought it. It was so helpful to have the repair process explained to me and really showed the knowledge and commitment. Confident that my car will take me to many cool places this summer. Thanks for getting me back on the road!

Filip was extremely helpful, I needed some advice and he talked with me on the phone for over 25 minutes. I told him I was hoping to do an engine rebuild myself and he was extremely informative and talked me through the whole process. Most places you call seem to not actually care or know much to help.
