This auto mechanic shop is a scam. They fixed my car last year they did a okay job on my car. They let one of their employees drive my car he dented the front of my car he scratched the back of my car he also scratched the side of my car. They gave me their auto body repair guy number. I called him over a year ago he kept telling he was busy. I finally got back in touch with Rob and his wife told me they wasn't going to pay for the damage to my car because it's been over a year. They acknowledge that the old employee damage my car and they was going to pay for it, but they stayed it since he don't work there anymore they wasn't going to pay for it. These people are scam they try to get over on you because they don't think you have a lawyer but I keep me a lawyer and we will be going to court. I have emails from Rob saying he was going to take care of it when the incident happened now he changed his mind they'll let you know how people are these days. So if you take your car there make sure you take pictures before you drop your car off. I'm talking about a 1976 Impala classic that he scratched up

Had an issue with my car on the freeway, seems to be total engine failure. Brought it here and the staff was just so nice and thoughtful. Really appreciated everything!!

My experience with expert auto care was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly. I had an issue with my A/C and they fixed it in a matter of a couple hours if not less with having multiple people ahead of me. Not only did they do a great job & fix everything, when I mentioned that I planned on walking home (about a mile from the shop) they told me they had no issue dropping me off out of pure kindness in there hearts. After my A/C was repaired they gave me a call and told me my car was ready they told me they would come pick me back up from my apartment complex to take me back to my car. Talk about incredible customer service. Joni & her husband went out of there way to drop me off & pick me up in the middle of the 115 degree summertime heat. Thank yall so much! I highly appreciate & recommend this place for any mechanical work.

Edit: Forgot to get to this sorry Rob and Joni So had a motor swap by Expert about 8 months later the motor they put it needed to be replaced. And there were no signs of it having problems untill it did. It had more power then the original motor alot more And like I said it showed no signs of having problems untill it did I couldn't believe it when it did. Joni and Rob / Expert Auto care stood behind the parts a labor warranty 100% They were able to get a replacement motor cover but had to absorb the labor cost. Joni told me Greg I'm going to need more time then last time to get this done because I still have to make money for my buissnes so that I can pay the techs who will be replacing your motor. So it took a little longer then the first time. But for my trouble Ron and Joni did some extra work with parts got my check engine light off. They are AWESOME Also the owner Rob specializes and loves performance cars 🚗 and has a super fancy computer/plug in tech machine If you own a performance car and have some questions maybe about chip upgrades etc Rob is your guy. I dont have a performance car but I know from the times I have went there Rob working on Some fun American muscle and Forgin Thank You Rob and Joni / Expert auto care. Joni and Rob are absolutely awesome! I'm a single dad living paycheck to paycheck And they have been such a help to me. They did a Motor swap for me and at first you think of a new motor. But then I didn't realize that the motor may be new but the components still have a lot of miles on them. They have been awesome helping me replace the other parts as they go. Finding used ones with lower miles saving me a lot of money I just don't have! Thank you Joni , Rob and Expert staff!
