I drove past this auto shop for many years, but this was the first time I brought my car to them. I made an appointment to have the hydraulic struts of my hatchback replaced, and an oil change. When I dropped my car off, I confirmed that I wanted the struts replaced and the oil changed. I told them I was going to the fast-food place around the corner, and would then be back to wait for the car. When they said they were finished with the car, the only thing they had done was change the oil. I asked why they didn't replace the struts. They explained they hadn't ordered the struts because they were too expensive. They offered to order a less expensive set of struts for me and I could bring my car back later. I declined that option, and said I might be able to bring the car back the next week. Now I find that they couldn't even manage the oil change properly: there's a puddle of oil under my car in my driveway. I'll have to take it to someone competent to fix the leak. If I could give them zero stars, I would! Added later: the next day I opened my hood to add washer fluid and found that the mechanic left the filler cap off.

I always get the best service form Exclusive Car Care. I literally do not take my Honda and Acura vehicles anywhere else. Ivan and his crew have been working on my cars for over 20 years. The service is always fantastic. It is done right the first time and warrantied. They are very honest about service that needs to be done or items that should be considered in the future. I have never gone wrong going to Ivan.

Tom was extraordinarily helpful and patient with me through all my questions, explaining everything so that I could explain what was going on and went above and beyond with service reaching out to get information from my dealer to give me some good news regarding the repairs needed on my car. If I could give this shop 10 stars for how helpful they've been, even recommending the best way to approach work on my car being done, I absolutely would.

View on GoogleAmazing service! Ivan is great to work with. Easy to schedule, transparent and fair pricing, great turn around times. Use them for all of my auto maintenance and would take my car to them if I ever have any larger issues. Much better than working with a dealership. Never tries to upsell me on things I don't need, which is very appreciated after dealership experiences.
